Product Usage Instructions

• Tools Required:
  • Drive Socket Ratchet Wrench
  • 4mm, 5mm Hex Bit Socket
  • 13mm, 16mm, 19mm Wrench
• Installation Time:
  • About 1.5 hours, 2-3 people may be needed. Installation time may differ according to your mechanical skill level.
• Installation Instructions:
  • Step 1: Remove the factory front bumper to prepare for installation.
  • Step 2: Connect the wings to the main body using M8 25 hex head screws and nuts on both sides.
  • Step 3: Attach the winch bracket using M12*20 hex head screws on the side of the vehicle’s main beam.
  • Step 4: Lift the bumper, align it with the holes, and tighten the screws using M10 nuts.
  • Step 5: Secure the license plate frame with M8*20 screws.
  • Step 6: Optional – install the decorative plate using the M6 16 button head socket cap bolts screw.
  • Step 7: Installation is complete, enjoy your off-road adventures with the Hooke Road product!

Installation Instruction

• Step 1: Remove the factory front bumper, ready to install our product.
• Step 2: First, in the initial step, connect the wings to themainbodyusingM8*25 hex head screws and nuts. Repeat the same procedure on the other side.
  • (4) M8*25 Button Head Socket Cap Bolts Screws
  • (4) D8 Split Lock Washer
  • (4) M8202 Flat Washer
  • (4) M8 Flange Hex Lock Nuts
• Step 3: Before installing the winch, first attach the winch bracket. Toinstallthewinch bracket, use the holes on the side of the vehicle’s main beam (as shown in the diagram) with M12*20 hex head screws. Nut plates are required to secure the screws.
• Step 4: Lift the bumper, align it with the holes, and tighten the screws on the bar using M10 nuts.
• Step 5: If you need to install the license plate frame, you will need mouse M8*20 screws to secure it into the bar, as shown in the diagram.

• Step 6: To install the decorative plate. Use the (M616) button head socket cap bolts screw. This step isn’t 100% necessary. Depends if you use the winch. (5) M616 Button Head Socket Cap Bolts Screws
