Tools required

• a. 6mm Hex Bit Socket;
• b. Drive Socket Ratchet Wrench；

Installation time

About 1.5 hours, 1-2 people may be needed. Installation time may differ according to your mechanical skill level.

Installation Instruction

Step 1: Assemble the Leg Section (H6) & the Top Brace (H3). For this, use the Button Head Socket Cap Bolts Screws (M1020), Flat Washer (M1020*1.5), Flange Hex Lock Nuts (M10) .

Step 2: Next, mount the Top Brace (H1). To do this, use the Button Head Socket Cap Bolts Screws (M1020), Flat Washer (M1020*1.5), Flange Hex Lock Nuts (M10) .

Step 3: Mount the Top Brace (H2). Use the Button Head Socket Cap Bolts Screws (M1020), Flat Washer (M1020*1.5), Flange Hex Lock Nuts (M10).

Step 4: Mount the Leg Cross member (H7). Use the Button Head Socket Cap Bolts Screws (M1020), Flat Washer (M1020*1.5), Flange Hex Lock Nuts (M10).

Step 5: Mount the Side Panel (H4). Use the Button Head Socket Cap Bolts Screws (M1020), Flat Washer (M1020*1.5), Flange Hex Lock Nuts (M10).

Notes: If you want to adjust the length and width of the bed rack, please stretch the Leg Section (H6) & the Side Panel (H4). As the picture shown.

Step 6: Fixed the bed rack into your vehicle. Install the Clamp Assembly (H5) into the trail rail with the Button Head Socket Cap Bolts Screws (M1020), Flat Washer (M1020*1.5).
