Product Usage Instructions:
- Installation Time: About 2 hours, 1-2 people may be needed. Installation time may differ according to your mechanical skill level.
- Installation Instruction:
- Rear Uninstall:
- Use an 8mm socket to remove bolts along the interior of the inner fender.
- Use a trim clip tool to remove clips located in each corner of the fender.
- Remove the fender flare by pulling the front and rear sections towards their respective directions.
- Pull the fender directly away from the vehicle to release remaining clips.
- Remove clips along the edge of the fender that remained in the vehicle. Repeat process for the other side.
- Passenger Side Installation:
- To install decorative plates, use button head socket cap bolts screws (M4*8) and Nylon Insert Lock Nut (M4).
- To assemble passenger side rear inner fender liners, use button head socket cap bolts screws (M6*10) and flange hex lock nuts (M6).
- To install connection accessories, use button head socket cap bolts screws (M6*10).
- Place inner fender in inner wheel well and secure it with factory screws.
- Insert two sides of rear fender liners into the vehicle body and align three installation holes at the bottom.
- Lift up the inner fender by hand and line up holes on the upper part. Use hex bolts (M825) and flat washer (M820*1.5).
- Line up holes on the left of the inner fender. Use hex bolts (M825) and flat washer (M820*1.5). Tighten all bolts.
- Repeat the same installation steps on the driver side.

Installation instruction:
Rear Uninstall:
- Step 1 : Use a 8mm socket to remove the bolts located along the interior of the inner fender. Then, use a trim clip tool to remove the clips located in each corner of the fender.
- Step 2 : Remove the fender flare by pulling the front section towards the front of the vehicle, and the rear section towards the rear. Then pull the fender directly “away” from the vehicle, to release the remaining clips. On the JT, you should be able to reach around and squeeze the clips to remove if needed.
- Step 3 : Use a trim clip tool to remove the clips along the edge of the fender that remained in the vehicle. Repeat process for the other side. Passenger Side Installation:
- Step 4 : To install the decorative plates. Use the button head socket cap bolts screws (M4*8), Nylon Insert Lock Nut (M4).
- Step 5 : To assemble the passenger side rear inner fender liners (A2, B2, C2, D2). Use the button head socket cap bolts screws (M6*10), flange hex lock nuts (M6). NOTE: The lip on the smaller inner piece will sit behind the outer piece as shown in the image below.
- Step 6 : To install the connection accessories. Use the button head socket cap bolts screws (M6*10).
- Step 7 : Once joined, place inner fender in inner wheel well. You will have to remove most fenders to install.
- Step 8 : First, insert the two sides of the rear fender liners into the vehicle body. Then align the three installation holes at the bottom and secure them with the factory screws without tightening the screws.
- Step 9 : Lift up the inner fender by hand. Line up the holes on the upper of the inner fender. Use the hex bolts (M825), flat washer (M820*1.5). Don’t tighten up those bolts.
- Step 10 : At last, line up the holes on the left of the inner fender. Use the hex bolts (M825), flat washer (M820*1.5). Tighten up those bolts (step8, 9,10).
- Step 11 : Repeat the same installation steps in the driver side.
