Tools required

a. Drive Socket Ratchet Wrench;
b. 5mm Hex Bit Socket;
c. 13mm Wrench;

Installation time

About 1.5 hours, 1-2 people may be needed. Installation time may differ according to your mechanical skill level.

Installation Instruction

Step 1: First, push the engine start-stop button once with your foot off the brake. Then lower the windows on the door you want to remove and push start-stop again. Fold the mirrors completely forward.

Step 2: Now fully open the door and locate the wire connector. Hold the connector cover open while pulling the wire connector straight out. The cover is spring-loaded and will shut automatically.

Step 3: Use the 13mm socket tool to loosen and remove the lower and upper hinge bolts. With another person’s help, lift the door vertically to separate it from the vehicle. Then repeat these steps for each door.

Step 4: Before install our doors, please distinguish the installation position of the hinge according to the figure below. The front upper door hinges is longer than the rear, the front lower door hinges is shorter than the rear.

Step 5: Install the door hinges into the each door with the Black Button Head Socket Cap Bolts Screws (M820), Black Split Lock Washer (D8), Black Flat Washer (M820*1.5), Black Flange Hex Lock Nuts (M8). Don’t tighten up those bolts.

Step 6: Put the nylon round spacer (2713.514) into the upper location and the the nylon round spacer (2713.58) into the lower location, make sure they are fully snapped into it. Lift up the door. Install the Button Head Socket Cap Bolts Screws (M845), Split Lock Washer (D8), Flat Washer (M8201.5), Flanged Hex Nylon Lock Nut (M8) into the upper location. Install the Button Head Socket Cap Bolts Screws (M820), Split Lock Washer (D8), Flat Washer (M8201) into the lower location. Don’t tighten up those bolts.

Step 7: Close the door tightly, and then tighten up those bolts in the door hinges. At last, open the doors and tighten up those inside bolts.

Step 8: Repeat the above steps in the others doors installation.
