Installation instruction

Cutting The Factory Bumper

  • Step 1: Ready to cut the factory bumper. It is strongly recommended to find a professional for cutting operations.

  • Step 2: Take safety precautions: Ensure the vehicle is parked in a safe location and wear appropriate safety goggles and gloves during the cutting process. If possible, operate outdoors or in a well-ventilated area.

  • Step 3: Positioning and marking. Mark the centre position of the installation holes in the inner fender liners, as shown in the following image. Once you have located the position, use masking tape to mark it on both sides. Ensure the tape is applied horizontally, and it is recommended to use a level of self-levelling to assist with the marking and positioning.

  • Step 4: Cut the bumper: Carefully cut the bumper using the chosen tool, following the marked positions. Exercise caution to avoid accidental damage or injury, and follow proper cutting techniques.
Finishing and refinement: After completing the cut, clean up any debris and refine the cut edges to achieve a neat and smooth appearance
    Cutting The Factory Fender Flares:

  • Step 5: After cutting the bumper, you are going to notice your factory fender here now goes over you don’t want that so that is the only thing you are going to have to cut off. Getting some masking tape to kind of mark off the line and cutting them.
Cutting The Factory Inner Fender Liners:

  • Step 6: When cutting the original front bumper, you have cancelled the connection buckle between the bumper and the inner fender liners. At this step, you will find that the front part of the original inner fender liners cannot be fixed. We strongly recommend that you cut off the excess part of the front part to keep the whole Beautiful. If you want to maintain the stability of the liner as much as possible, cut the liner while keeping the screw positions intact(Pictures 1 & 2). If aesthetics are a priority, directly cut the liner flush with our bumper edge (Picture 3).
