Installation instruction
Step 1
Assemble the Leg Section (H6) & the Top Brace (H3). For this, use the
button Head Socket Cap Bolts Screws (M1020), Flat Washer (M1020*1.5), and
Flange Hex Lock Nuts (M10).
Step2
Next, mount the Top Brace (H1). To do this, usetheButtonHeadSocket Cap
Bolts Screws (M1020), Flat Washer (M1020*1.5), FlangeHexLockNuts (M10).
Step 3
Mount the Top Brace (H2). Use the Button HeadSocketCapBoltsScrews (M1020),
Flat Washer (M1020*1.5), Flange Hex LockNuts(M10).
Step 4
Mount the Leg Cross member (H7). Use the ButtonHeadSocketCapBolts Screws
(M1020), Flat Washer (M1020*1.5), FlangeHexLockNuts(M10).
Step 5
Mount the Side Panel (H4). Use the Button HeadSocketCapBoltsScrews
(M1020), Flat Washer (M1020*1.5), Flange.
Notes
If you want to adjust the length and width of the bedrock, please stretch
the Leg Section (H6) & the Side Panel (H4). As the picture shows.
Step 6
Fixed the bed rack into your vehicle. Install the Nut Plate(H5) into the
trail rail with the Button Head Socket Cap Bolts Screws (M1020), and
FlatWasher(M1020*1.5).
Step 7
