Tools Required:

• a. 19-17-14 mm socket wrench
• b. 14-17-19 mm wrench
• c. 6 mm socket wrench (Allen wrench)
• d. 4 mm socket wrench (Allen wrench)

Installation Time:
About 1.5 hours, may require 2-3 people. Installation time may vary based on mechanical skill level.

Installation Instructions:

1. Step 1: Remove the original front bumper.
2. Step 2: Install the LED Square Lights inside the light box.
3. Step 3: Attach light bar bracket using specified screws and nuts.
4. Step 4: Mount license plate bracket using provided hardware.
5. Step 5: Secure winch bracket into place with designated screws and nuts.
6. Step 6: Install the new bumper onto the vehicle with the specified bolts and nuts.
7. Step 7: Tighten all connections securely.
8. Step 8: Verify installation completion.

• 14、17、19 mm wrench;
• 6 mm socket wrench(Allen wrench) 4 mm socket wrench(Allen wrench)

Installation time:

About 1.5 hours, 2-3 people may be needed. Installation time may differ according to your mechanical skill level.

Installation instruction:

1. Step 1:
   Remove the original front bumper, and ready to install the new one.

2. Step 2:
   Install the LED Square Lights with the bolts inside the light box.

3. Step 3:
   Install the light bar bracket into the bumper with the Button Head Socket Cap Bolts Screws (M1025), Flat Washer (M1020*1), Flange Hex Lock Nuts (M10).

4. Step 4:
   Install the license plate bracket with the Button Head Socket Cap Bolts Screws (M820), Flat Washer (M820*1), Flange Hex Lock Nuts (M8) .

5. Step 5:
   Install the winch bracket with the Socket Head Cap Screws (M1235), Split Lock Washer (D12), Flat Washer (M1230*1.5), Flange Hex Lock Nuts (M12)

6. Step 6:
   Install the bumper onto the vehicle with the Hex Bolt (M1235), Split Lock Washer (D12), Flat Washer (M1230*2), Hex Nuts (M12). As shown below.

7. Step 7:
   Tighten the bumper.

8. Install the Split Lock Washer (D12), Flat Washer (M12302), Hex Nuts (M12) on the red circle bolt holes.

9. Install the Hex Bolt (M1235), Split Lock Washer (D12), Flat Washer (M1230*2), Hex Nuts (M12) on the yellow circle bolt holes.

10. Step 8:
    After all of the above steps, the installation completed.
