Installation time:
About 2 hours, 2-3 people may be needed. Installation time may differ
according to your mechanical skill level.

Installation instruction:
Step 1: Open the product package, check whether the items in the package
are complete according to the above list. Measure the length of the aluminum
with the tape measure, and then place it according to the length.
Step 2: Firstly, assembly the bottom with two 1300mm
aluminum bars and two 900mm aluminum bars. Attach the aluminum bars with four
inside corner bracket gussets, the location of the inside corner bracket
gusset is shown in the figure below. Each inside corner bracket gussets are
used with two T-Slot Drop-in Stud Sliding Bolt Screw (M8) and two Flange Hex
Lock Nuts (M8).
Step 3: Install the four
1240mm aluminum bars at the corner support points. When installing, the end
without thread in the round hole faces upward. In this step your need use the
eight inside corner bracket gussets, the each inside corner bracket gussets
are used with two T-Slot Drop-in Stud Sliding Bolt Screw (M8) and two Flange
Hex Lock Nuts (M8). Don’t tighten up those bolts.
Step 4: Place the frame installed in the third step obliquely.
Assemble the four 1240mm aluminum bars and the wheels with the T-Slot Drop-in
Stud Sliding Bolt Screw (M8), Button Head Socket Cap Bolts Screws (M816),
Flange Hex Lock Nuts (M8). The middle holes use the Button Head Socket Cap
Bolts Screws (M816). When installing, install the lockable wheels on the same
short side.
 Step 5: Install the top three aluminum bars with eight inside corner bracket gussets. The each inside corner bracket gussets are used with two T-Slot Drop-in Stud Sliding Bolt Screw (M8) and two Flange Hex Lock Nuts (M8). Don’t tighten up those bolts.
Step 6: Install the top aluminum bar
with two inside corner bracket gussets. When installing, it is flush with the
outer edge of the 920mm aluminum bar. The each inside corner bracket gussets
are used with two T-Slot Drop-in Stud Sliding Bolt Screw (M8) and two Flange
Hex Lock Nuts (M8). Don’t tighten up those bolts.
Step 7:
Assemble the left & right support kit with the Button Head Socket Cap Bolts
Screws (M816), Flange Hex Lock Nuts (M8). Install them into the frame with
the T-Slot Drop-in Stud Sliding Bolt Screw (M8), Flange Hex Lock Nuts
(M8).
Step 8: Install the two 920mm aluminum bars with four inside
corner bracket gussets. The each inside corner bracket gussets are used with
two T-Slot Drop-in Stud Sliding Bolt Screw (M8) and two Flange Hex Lock Nuts
(M8). Don’t tighten up those bolts.
Step 9: Install the 1300mm aluminum
bar with two inside corner bracket gussets. The each inside corner bracket
gussets are used with two T-Slot Drop-in Stud Sliding Bolt Screw (M8) and two
Flange Hex Lock Nuts (M8). Don’t tighten up those bolts. When installing, pay
attention to keep the same plane with the 920mm aluminum bars.
Step 10:
Install the top 920mm aluminum bars on both sides with four inside corner
bracket gussets. The each inside corner bracket gussets are used with two
T-Slot Drop-in Stud Sliding Bolt Screw (M8) and two Flange Hex Lock Nuts (M8).
Notes: It is recommended to install it at a position 1 meter above the ground,
and the installation position needs to be adjusted according to the size of
the door in the later stage.
Step 11: Install the 1240mm aluminum
bar with five inside corner bracket gussets. The 1240 aluminum bar needs to be
installed in the middle of the 1320 aluminum bar in the step 5 above. The each
inside corner bracket gussets are used with two T-Slot Drop-in Stud Sliding
Bolt Screw (M8) and two Flange Hex Lock Nuts (M8).
Step 12:
Install the 1240mm aluminum bar with three inside corner bracket gussets. The
1240 aluminum bar needs to be installed in the middle of the 1300 aluminum bar
in the step 6 above. The each inside corner bracket gussets are used with two
T-Slot Drop-in Stud Sliding Bolt Screw (M8) and two Flange Hex Lock Nuts
(M8).
Step 13: Install the middle 880mm aluminum bars on middle sides
with four inside corner bracket gussets. The each inside corner bracket
gussets are used with two T-Slot Drop-in Stud Sliding Bolt Screw (M8) and two
Flange Hex Lock Nuts (M8). Notes: Keep the same level with both sides when
installing.
Step 14: Install the bottom support kit with the T-Slot Drop-in
Stud Sliding Bolt Screw (M8), Flange Hex Lock Nuts (M8). Install the bottom
support kit in the middle location and screws are required on both
sides.
Step 15: Install the armrest with the T-Slot Drop-in Stud
Sliding Bolt Screw (M8), Flange Hex Lock Nuts (M8). The armrest needs to be
installed in the edge of the 920mm aluminum bars at the step 10 above. Later,
the position needs to be adjusted according to the size of the hardtop.
Step 16: Install the handle with the Hex Socket Head Cap
Screws (M616), T Slot Nut Hammer Head Fastener Nut (M6). Notes: Must be
mounted on the same side with the lockable wheels.
Step
17: Paste EVA on the left support kit, right support kit, bottom support kit.
Different pasting positions have different sizes, as shown in the figure
below.
Step 18: Put the rubber cover into the aluminum bars. If you are
worried about scratches when installing the doors and hardtop, you can cut the
strips and put them in the aluminum bars.
Instructions for use:
It is recommended to lower the doors and windows before placing. The placement is shown in the figure below.
JK & JL Vehicle:
Bronco Vehicle: Please
fasten the connecting device of the factory vehicle first, then place the
middle and rear hard top.
Step 19: The installation
