Tools required

• 19mm Wrench;
• 19mm Socket Wrench;
• 5mm Socket Wrench;
• Adjustable Wrench;

Installation time:

• About 2 hours, 2-3 people may be needed. Installation time may differ according to your mechanical skill level.
• (PLEASE VERIFY ALL PARTS ARE PRESENT AND READ INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE STARTING INSTALLATION!)

Installation instruction

Step 1
Remove the original rear bumper and be ready to install the new bumper.

Step 2: Install the nut plate on both sides of the vehicle.

Step 3: Lift up the rear bumper into the vehicle frame, after that put the connecting frame bracket into the rear frame gap, and then install the Hex Bolt (M12110), Split Lock Washer (D12), Flat Washer (M122*30), Hex Nut (M12) (Only need install the left and the right holes).

Step 4: Install the Hex Bolt (M12110), Split Lock Washer (D12), Flat Washer (M1230*2), and Hex Nut (M12) into both sides.

Step 5：
Put the tapered roller bearing into the spare tire rack, and push it in firmly.
As shown below

Step 6:
After “Step 5”, install the Slotted Hex Castle Nut and tighten up it. Fix the bearing cover with the Flat Head Countersunk Bolts (M6*12).
As shown below

Step 7:
Assemble the spare tire carrier connecting bracket with the Hex Bolt (M1235), Split Lock Washer (D12), Flat Washer (M1230*2), Hex Nut (M12).
Next use the provided m12 bolts washers and nuts to attach it in the bumper.

Step 8:
Install the Shaft Lock Plate into the spare tire rack with the Flat Head Countersunk Bolts (M6*17).

Try to Lock the tire carrier.

Step 9:
Install the D-rings. Both side is the same.

Step 10:
