Product Usage Instructions
- Ensure that the cathode end is correctly identified by the color band.
- Solder the matte tin-plated leads of the product using J-STD-002 and JESD 22-B102 standards.
- Use the product in a single-circuit configuration.
- Do not exceed the maximum average forward rectified current (IF(AV)) of 2.0 A.
- During operation, avoid subjecting the product to peak forward surge currents beyond 100 A for 8.3 ms.
- Operate the product within the specified temperature range of -55°C to +125°C.
- Store the product in a temperature range of -55°C to +150°C.
