Introduction

Our passion & your joy
Only together we are INTEZZE

We design all our models to serve reliably for several years, but sometimes something can go wrong. Therefore, we recommend that you take a few minutes to read the following pages, where you will learn, among other things, how to prevent faults and how to deal with connection issues.

ON/OFF

ATTENTION! Fully charge the earphones together with the case prior to first use.

The earphones turn on automatically when you pull them out of the case (a confirmation tone sounds in both of them). Likewise, they switch off automatically when stored back in the case. They also turn off automatically after two minutes when they are not connected to any device.

Manual switch on

Hold down both touchpads for about 3 seconds until the power-on tone sounds.

Manual switch off

Hold down both touchpads for about 5 seconds until the power-off tone sounds.

Pairing

Prior to the first use with every device, it is necessary to pair the earphones. The next time you use the same device, pairing is no longer necessary and it connects automatically when you pull the earphones out of the case.

Pairing procedure

  1. Remove both earphones from the case and wait a few seconds for both of them to turn on (one of the earphones will flash alternately red and blue).
  2. Turn on Bluetooth on your phone and look for Intezze PIKO 3 in Available BT Devices. Confirm pairing.
  3. Successful pairing is confirmed by a tone and the flashing LED turns off.

Charging

Charging the earphones

The earphones start charging automatically when they are inserted into the case (indicated by the red LED on the earphones). The case must be at least partially charged to begin charging.

Charging the case

Charge the charging case using the included USB-C cable by connecting it to a phone charger or other powered USB connector. Connect the charging cable to the connector on the back of the charging case.

Pairing one earphone (MONO)

  1. Pair both earphones with your phone as described in the Pairing chapter.
  2. Insert both earphones back into the case.
  3. Pull out only one of the earphones after a moment. It will automatically connect to the paired phone after a few seconds.

If you subsequently pull out the second earphone within range from the case, it will also connect automatically and playing will continue in both earphones.

You cannot use the earphone volume setting in single earphone mode.

RESET function

If both earphones cannot be connected to your phone, we recommend resetting the earphones as follows. After a successful reset, all previously paired devices will be deleted from the earphone memory.

  1. On your phone, remove the PIKO 3 earphones from the list of previously paired BT devices and turn off the Bluetooth function.
  2. Remove both earphones from the case (or put them into your ears). When the earphones turn on automatically, tap the buttons on both earphones three times at the same time. A confirmation double beep sounds in the earphones.
  3. The earphones are now reset and have to be paired with the phone again according to the procedure in the “Pairing” chapter.
