Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Question How should I manage the cables?
    • Use the cable ties.
  2. Question What should I do if my stud spacing is greater than 16″ or if I can’t center the mount on the wood studs?
    • Hardwood Boards
    • Board Size: 1 1/2″ T x 3 1/2″ W (38 x 89mm). The wood boards and studs must be capable of supporting four times the weight of the TV and TV wall mount combined.
    • Buy two hardwood boards long enough to cover the gap between two wood studs and firmly attach them.

  5. Mount the TV and Wall Mount on the wall before trying to move the arms. Only move the TV by the left and right edges. DO NOT push on the screen of the TV.
