- DO NOT use this product for any purpose that is NOT explicitly specified in this manual. DO NOT exceed weight capacity. We are NOT liable for damage or injury caused by improper mounting, incorrect assembly or inappropriate use.
- This product is designed for wood studs, solid concrete, concrete block and brick walls. DO NOT install on drywall alone.
- The wall must be capable of supporting five times the weight of the TV and mount combined.
Weight Restriction
If your TV weighs more, this mount is NOT compatible.
WARNING: Do not exceed weight capacity. Exceeding weight capacity may cause instability, leading to possible injury and/or property damage.
Check the VESA Pattern of TV before Installation
Minimum VESA Pattern: 2 00mm/7.9″ (W) x 1 00mm/3.9″ (H)
If your TV VESA is greater than 600 x 400mm/23.6 x 15.7″ or less than VESA 200 x 1 00mm/7.9 x 3.9″, this mount is NOT compatible.
If this mount is NOT compatible, please email customer service to find a compatible mount.

INSTALLATION
Step 1 Attach the TV Brackets [01] to the TV
Before attaching the TV brackets to your TV, remove the preassembled bolts [SJ
and keep them for Step 6.
SELECT TV BOLTS
Only one size of the bolt fits your TV.
Bolt length: Verify adequate thread engagement with bolts or bolts/spacers combination.
We recommend thread engagement by at least 5 turns.
- Too short will NOT hold the TV.
- Too long will damage the TV.
NOTE : When using the spacers, it is important to note that they can be used in multi-layers (meaning stacked). If you have any difficulty understanding how to install the TV bolts or spacers, please call technical support line or email customer service.
CAUTION : Ensure the TV brackets 1 are EQUALLY CENTERED on your and securely fastened in place.
NOTE : The bolt-hole locations on your TV may vary in accordance with the manufacturer’s design of the TV. We are only illustrating possible locations of the bolt holes.
Round holes should be directed toward the top of the TV.

Option A (For Flat Back TVs)
Add spacers if needed to flt the bolt length and TV back. -
Option B (For Curved Back TVs)
Spacers must be tall enough so that the curved back of the TV does not interfere with the mounting plate. -
Option C (For TVs with A “Bump”)
The TV brackets must be flush on the bump and leveled by spacers on the gap . -
Option D (For TVs with Protruding Cables)
Use spacers [F1 ], [F2] or [F3] to create extra space between the TV and TV brackets. -
Option E (For TVs with Recessed Holes)
Spacers [F1 ], [F2] or [F3] need to fill in the recessed holes on the back of the TV, while keeping the TV brackets as close to the TV as possible .
Step 2 Attach the Arm Assembly / Wall Plate [05] to the Wall
- For wood stud installation, follow STEP 2A.
- For solid concrete, concrete block and brick wall installation, follow STEP 2B.
Step 2A Wood Stud Installation
WARNING:
- IMPORTANT : Maximum horizontal space between fasteners: 16″ (406mm).
- Avoid potential personal injury or property damage! DO NOT use a drill for tightening the lag screws! Only use a socket wrench. Tighten the lag screws [A 1] only until they are pulled firmly against the wall plate. DO NOT over-tighten the lag screws [A1].
- DO NOT USE THE ANCHOR [A2] FOR THIS STEP.
- Ensure the arm assembly / wall plate [05] is securely fastened to the wall before continuing to the next step.
- Any material covering the wall must NOT exceed 5/8″ (16mm).
- Minimum wood stud size: 1 1 /2″ W x 3 1 /2″ D (38 x 89mm).
- Wood stud spacing: 12″ to 16″ (center to center).
- Stud center must be verified.
- Use a stud finder (NOT included) to locate wood studs or use an awl (NOT included) to verify the edges. Mark the edge and center locations.
- Position the wall plate template [06] at your desired height and line up the holes with your stud centerline. Level the wall plate template [06] and mark the holes.
- Drill 4 pilot holes using a 7 /32″ (5.5mm) diameter drill bit. Make sure the depth is NOT less than 2 3/4″ (70mm).
- Mount the arm assembly / wall plate [05] using the lag screws [A 1 ]. Tighten the lag screws [A 1 ] only until they are pulled firmly against the wall plate. DO NOT over-tighten the lag screws [A 1 ].
Step 28 Solid Concrete, Concrete Block and Brick Wall Installation
WARNING :
- Avoid potential personal injury or property damage! DO NOT use a drill for tightening the lag screws! Only use a socket wrench. Tighten the lag screws [A 1] only until they are pulled firmly against the wall plate. DO NOT over-tighten the lag screws [A 1 ].
- Ensure the arm assembly/ wall plate [05] is securely fastened to the wall before continuing to the next step.
- Any material covering the wall must NOT exceed 5/8″ (16mm).
- Mount the arm assembly/ wall plate [05] directly onto the concrete surface.
- Minimum solid concrete thickness: 8″ (203mm).
- Minimum concrete block size: 8 x 8 x 16″ (203 x 203 x 406mm).
- Never drill into the mortar between the blocks.
- Position the wall plate template [06] at your desired height. Level the wall plate template [06] and mark the pilot hole locations.
- Drill 4 pilot holes using a 3/8″ (10mm) diameter drill bit. Make sure the depth is NOT less than 3″ (75mm). Never drill into the mortar between the blocks.
- Use a hammer to tap the anchors [A2] into the drilled holes. Be sure the anchors [A2] are seated flush with the concrete surface.
- Mount the arm assembly/wall plate [05] using the lag screws [A 1 ]. Tighten the lag screws [A 1 ] only until they are pulled firmly against the wall plate. DO NOT over-tighten the lag screws [A 1 ].
Step 3 Verify that the Mount is Firmly Mounted
Step 4 Assemble the Front Support
- Insert the front support bars [02] and [03] into the arm assembly/wall plate 1051. then tiahten bolts G11 to secure them.
- Attach the end caps [04] to the front support using bolts [G2.
Step 5 Attach the Foam Pads [G3] on the Arms (Optional)
Step 6 Hang the TV on the Front Support Assembly
Hang the TV on the arm assembly/ wall plate [05] using the hooks on both
brackets. Then flip the safety locks up and fasten using bolts [S].
Step 7 Adjustments

Level the TV
Directly level your TV. If it is difficult to level your TV, slightly loosen 4 leveling nuts [L], and level your TV. Retighten the leveling nuts [L] to hold TV in place. -
Tilt Adjustment
Turn the lever handle 90 degrees, then slightly loosen the lever [T]. Adjust the TV to your desired tilt angle. Retighten the lever [T] to lock the tilt angle.
Frequently Asked Questions
Question 1 What should I do if my stud spacing is greater than 16″ or if I can’t center the mount on the wood studs?
- Buy two hardwood boards long enough to cover the gap between two wood studs and firmly attach them.
- Securely attach the TV Wall Mount to the boards.
Option B: Extension Bracket
- Attach extension brackets to the TV Wall Mount. If you have any questions about obtaining extension brackets, please contact customer service for more information.
- Install the TV Wall Mount on the wood studs using the extension brackets.
Question 2 It’s too hard to adjust the swivel angle or extension of the TV Wall Mount.
- Mount the TV and Wall Mount on the wall before trying to move the arms. Only move theTV by the left and right edges. Do not push on the screen of the TV.
- If you have tried Option 1 but adjustment is still too hard, try lubricating the arm joints with a few drops of machine oil.
Question 3 How do I find the right height for mounting the TV?
The simplest method is to position the TV so that the center is the same height as your eye level while viewing. Scan the QR code to watch the mounting video, which covers this in more detail.
Question 4 How can I raise/lower the TV if the TV Wall Mount is already fixed on the wall?
- Remove the TV from the TV Wall Mount.
- Remove the TV brackets from the TV and reattach according to instructions A or B in the picture below (A for lifting up the TV or B for lowering the TV).
- Hang the TV on the TV Wall Mount and secure.
- A. To raise the TV by a few inches, reattach the TV brackets using the upper holes in the brackets.
- B. To lower the TV by a few inches, reattach the TV brackets using the lower holes in the brackets.
