- This product is designed for use in wood studs, drywall, solid concrete, and brick walls.
- The wall must be capable of supporting four times the weight of the TV and mount combined .
- Route cords and cables properly to avoid mechanical damage .

CAUTION
DO NOT use these nails on concrete or brick walls.
AUTION
- This anchor is for concrete or brick walls ONLY.
- DO NOT use them on drywall or wood studs.
NOTE
The washers, spacers, bolts, and screws shown above are displayed in
accordance with actual size.
TIP
We offer different bolts and spacers to fit different TVs, but only one bolt
size fits your TV. Take it easy for it might take a few attempts to find the
perfect fit.
BOLT DIAMETER
Hand thread bolts into the threaded inserts on the back of your TV to
determine which bolt diameter [M4, M6 or M8] to use.|}
AUTION
Verify adequate thread engagement with your bolt/washer/spacer combination AND
the TV bracket. [STEP 1.2].
- TOO LONG will damage the TV.
- TOO SHORT will not hold the TV.

If you have the TV as the following situation, you need to use longer bolts and spacers combination.
ACAUTION
Make sure the TV brackets are flush with the leveling feet.
ATTACH THE TV BRACKETS AND BUMPERS TO YOUR TV
For the two mounting holes at the top.
BOLT/SPACER/WASHER COMBINATION OPTIONS (ONLY FOR REFERENCE)

STEP2 MOUNTING THE WALL PLATE ON THE WALL
WARNING
Avoid the risk of personal injury or property damage!
OPTION A: MOUNTING ON WOOD STUD WALLS (PAGE 09-10)
- Applicable Wood Stud Spacing: 8″, 12″ or 16″ [center to center]. If your wood studs are not 8″, 12″ or 16″ [406mm] apart OR you can not center wall plate on your studs, follow STEP 2B on PAGE 11, for drywall installation.
- Minimum wood stud size: 1 1/2″ W x 3 1/2″ D [38 x 89mm]
- Any material covering the wall must not exceed 5/8″ [16mm].
- Tighten the lag screws [A1] only until they are pulled firmly against the wall plate [DO NOT overtightenl. Do not use a drill; only use a socket wrench.
NOTE: DO NOT use wall anchors [A2] for this mounting option. Wall anchors [A2] are used for solid concrete and brick installations only.

Use a stud finder to locate wood studs, or use an awl to check the edges. Mark the edge and cent

The center of both studs must be located for proper installation.

Position the wall plate template [04] at your desired height and line up the holes with your stud centerline. Level the wall plate template and mark the holes.

Drill 2 pilot holes in the center of the studs using a 5/32″ [4mm] diameter drill bit. Make sure the depth is not less than 2 3/4″ [70mm].

Mount the wall plate [03] on the wall using the lag screws [A 1l. Tighten the lag screws [A 1l only until they are pulled firmly against the wall plate [DO NOT overtightenl.
WARNING
- Avoid the risk of personal injury or property damage!
- Do not install on plaster & lath walls.
OPTION B: MOUNTING ON DRYWALL ONLY (PAGE 11)
- It is an installation option if the TV wall mount can not be centered over two wood studs.
- Drywall covering must exceed 3/8″ [9.5mm].
- Drywall must be of sound construction with no water damage. If water damage occurs, remove the TV immediately.
- If any of the nails encounter excessive resistance [metal objects). please stop and contact us.
- Do not mount to patched areas, drywall seams, or uneven walls.
- Do not reuse the nails after removal. Do not use store-bought nails.
NOTE : Do not use wall anchors or lag screws for this mounting option.
Position the wall plate [03] at your desired height. Mount the wall plate on the wall using the nails [G]. Tap a nail into one of the outer holes, then level the wall plate and tap a nail into a hole on the other side.
CAUTION
-
Install the nails at a downward angle, not straight into the wall.
-
Tap the remaining 18 nails [G] from one side to the other.
WARNING
Avoid the risk of personal injury or property damage!
OPTION C: MOUNTING ON SOLID CONCRETE OR BRICK WALLS (PAGE 12-13)
- Tighten the lag screws [A 1] only until they are pulled firmly against the wall plate [DO NOT overtightenl. Do not use a drill; only use a socket wrench.
- Mount the wall plate directly on the concrete surface.
- Minimum solid concrete thickness: 8″ [203mm]
- Never drill into the mortar between bricks.
NOTE : Use wall anchors [A2] for this mounting option.

Position the wall plate template [04] at your desired height. Level the wall plate template and mark the holes.

Drill 2 pilot holes using a 3/8″ [10mm] diameter drill bit. Make sure the depth is not less than 3″ [75mm). Never drill into the mortar between bricks.

Use a hammer to tap the anchors [A2] into the drilled holes. Ensure the anchors are seated flush with the concrete or brick surface.

Mount the wall plate [03] on the wall using the lag screws [A 1] and anchors [A2]. Tighten the lag screws [A 1] only until they are pulled firmly against the wall plate [DO NOT overtightenl.
STEPJ TESTING TV WALL MOUNT INSTALLATION
Before hanging the TV on the mount, pull down on the mount with your hands to check that it’s securely installed.
MOUNTNG THE TV ON THE WALL PLATE
If latches are open, press down on the latches. Make sure to close the latches. Hang the TV on the wall plate [03]. then press forward. The latches should engage on the wall plate [03].
AUTION
Make sure the safety latches are in the locked position so the TV is securely
fastened to the wall plate.
REMOVING THE TV
To remove the TV, first disconnect all cables. Pull the cords [R] down and hold them while gently pulling the bottom of the TV away from the wall plate [03]. Exerting too much force may cause the latches to break. Once the latches are free, lift the TV up and off of the wall plate [03].
