Function operation

  • Power On: long press the MFB button about 2 seconds to turn on the earphone.
  • Power off: long press the MFB button 5 seconds to turn off. The earphone will turn off automatically if there is no connection after being pairing status for 5 minutes.
  • Answer / Hang up the call: click the MFB button to answer the call, and click the MFB button to hang up during the call.
  • Reject calls: press the MFB button for 2 seconds to reject the in-coming call.
  • Play / Pause Music Player: click the MFB button to play / pause music.
  • Previous track: Long press the volume “+” for about 2 seconds,
  • Next track: Long press the volume “=” for about 2 seconds.
  • Volume: click the volume “+” to increase the volume, and click the volume “=” to decrease the volume.
  • Voice Assistant: press the MFB button for about 2 seconds to activate the voice assistant.
  • Game mode / Music mode: three click the MFB button to game mode, three click MFB button from game mode to music mode,
  • Voice prompt language switching: five click the MFB button to switch languages when turned on,
  • Restore factory settings: under the power off state, long press the MFB button for 10 seconds to restore factory settings.

Pairing

  • When the earphone is off, touch the MFB button about 4 seconds to turn on, enter pairing mode, The phone will search pairing name of the earphone. The indicator light will flash white 3 times and have voice prompts when pairing successful. (If the pairing name can’t be found, please turn off your phone’s Bluetooth and reconnect).
  • After the first successful connection, the earphone will automatically pairing in next time.

Connect two phones

  • Connect two phones: First connect the first phone, then turn off the bluetooth of the first phone, then connect the second phone, turn on the first phone bluetooth, the earphone automatically connect the first phone, so that one earphone can be connected to two phones,
  • Reconnect two phones: When the earphone has been connected to two phones, turn on the two phones and the earphone at the same time, the earphone will connect back to the last connected phone, and then connect back to another phone.

Disconnect

To disconnect the earphone from your phone (for example, connecting the earphone to another Bluetooth device), use any of the following methods:

  1. Turn off earphone;
  2. turn off the Bluetooth of the phone;
  3. Delete the pairing name from list of pairing history on your phone .

Charging instructions

  • Plug the Charging cable to the charging port of the earphone, the earphone automatically turn off when charging, the blue indicator light is remains on, The white indicator light remains on when fully charged.
  • Low battery reminder: When the battery is low, there will be a voice prompt, which will sound every 3 minutes. The blue indicator light will flash twice (synchronized with the volume), Please connect a charger to charge the earphone.

The earphone position is slightly adjusted according to the exact position of the earphone is worn,

Troubleshooting

  • Hear the sound of “Disconnected”
    Since the protocol distance of Bluetooth is an open area, the transmission distance can reach 10m in barrier less conditions.
    When the earphone and the mobile phone are connected, the connection will be disconnected when they leave the effective communication range, and the mobile phone will be automatically connected when they re-enter the effective communication range within 5 minutes.

  • There is no sound in the earphone, Make sure the earphone is powered on and fully charged.

  • The device can’t connect to the earphone,
    Make sure the earphone is paired with your device.
    Make sure your device’s Bluetooth is enabled.
    Make sure that the earphone is located within 10 m of the device and there are no obstructions, such as walls or other electronic devices.

  • If the above steps can’t solve the problem, please try the following methods:

  • Re-charge your earphone.

  • Restart your phone,

  • Delete your device past pairing history. Re-pair the earphone with your phone.

Matters needing attention

  • Do not use cores ve cleaning alerts to clean the product,

  • Do not allow this product to heat or be near fire sources, such as cooking stoves,

  • Do not expose this product to direct sunlight for a fang time.

  • Do not dispose of this proaucts in fire to avoid explosion.

  • Do not attempt ta disassemble this product for any modification, as it does not contain any repair components,

  • Do not use this product in the rain.
    In order to better protect your hearing, do not tum the volume too high.

  • Do not clean the product while it is charging. Separate the earphone from the charger before dleaning.

  • Do not allow children to play with this product, small parts may cause choking hazards to children.

  • If you do not intend to use this product for a long time, please store it in a dry environment and monthly Charge your earphone at least once to extend their life and avoid extreme temperatures and dust.

Warning

  • Batteries must be recycled or properly disposed when the product Batteries could removable. Do not disassemble the battery when the product Batteries could not removable.
  • If the battery is not used properly, it may explode or leak, causing burns and other injuries. If the battery leaks, be careful and dispose of the battery immediately in accordance with local laws and regulations on battery handling.
