- Serious or fatal crushing injuries can occur from tip over. PREVENT TIP-OVER:
- Never allow children to climb, stand, hang, or play on any part of the TV or TV cart.
- Use tip over restraint or anchor to attach the TV cart against the wall.
- Use tip-over restraint or anchor stand to wall use of tip-over restraints may only reduce, but not eliminate the risk of tip over.
Weight Restrictions
The max load capacity of LCD/plasma screen:
WARNING
DO NOT exceed the maximum weight indicated. This TV cart is intended for use
only within the maximum weights indicated. Use with products heavier than the
maximum weights indicated may result in failure of the TV cart and its
accessories, causing possible damage and or injury.
Check the VESA Pattern of TV Before the Installation
If your TV VESA is
greater than 600×400 mm/24×16 in. or less than VESA 100x100mm/4×4 in., this
mount is NOT compatible.
If this product is NOT compatible, please contact customer service
atsupport@perlegear.com to find a compatible
mount.
Tools Needed(Not Included)
Parts and Hardware Supplied
Secure the Castore on the Base
Turn the base upside down to keep the bottom side of the base upwards
Lock the castors [12], then secure the four castors [12] on the base [01]
Turn the base upside down again to keep top side of the base upwards.
Connect Post Assembly to Base
Fasten the four bolts [A2] using ellen key [F2] to secure the height- adjustable post [03] on base [01]
Adjust the Height of the Post
Use thumb or finger to depress the spring ball of the right upper post located at the cable hole, meanwhile twist and pull the upper post upward to your desired height. As shown in fig-1, twist the upper post toward the plunger holes direction and engage the spring ball into the plunger hole to fix the post in place as shown in fig-2. Note: Repeat step 1 for the left post.
Warm Tip: While adjusting the height of the post, you can use the height label indicator on the pole as a guide
Secure the TV Plate to Height Adjustable Post
Secure the TV Brackets to the TV
Secure the TV to TV Plate
Secure AV Shelf to the Height Adjustable Post
Install the Camera Tray to the Height Adjustable Post
TV Height Re-set and Cables Management
9-1. It needs 2 men to re-set the TV height, “A” man holds the TV bottom with
2 hands as shown in Fig 1. 9-2. The “B” man depresses 2 spring balls [Si] with
his thumbs, so that ‘A’ man can adjust TV down-wards or upwards to desire
viewing height. Please note: you can use the height label indicator on the
pole as a reference.
9-3. Attach the cable cover [1 1] to the cable windows as shown in Fig. 3.
9-4. Route cables and wires from upper cables windows to lower cables windows
as shown in Fig 3 and 4.
