Tools for Installation
- 12mm socket
- 14mm socket
- Ratchet wrench
INSTALLATION
-
Install rocker panel brackets to the attachments points located on the backside of the channel using the supplied(#6) M10x12mm carriage bolts and (#7) M10 flanged nuts. Leave finger tight for now

Remove any factory hardware and discard.

Beginning with the (#1)driver side, carefully raise the step rail up and match the brackets with the factory mounting locations. Next, starting with the center bracket and using the supplied (#5) M8X30mm Hex cap with washer, start and leave loose.

Start the remaining hardware with the front and rear bracket and leave loose.

Next, adjust the step assembly up/down and front/back to level out the step rail with body panel and then tighten step to brackets at 20 ft. /lbs

After final adjustment, torque each bolt (#5, #7) to 17ft/lbs – 20 ft/lbs.

Repeat steps 2-6 with (#2) passenger side.
