vehicles from 2001 to 2007 Product Usage Instructions: 1. Firmware
Version and Options: To add the firmware version and options, you
will need to use the FLASH LINK UPDATER or FLASH LINK MOBILE tool,
which is sold separately. 2. Program Bypass Option: If your vehicle
is not equipped with a functional hood pin, you need to program the
bypass option. Set the function A11 to OFF. This is important for
the proper functioning of the remote start system. 3. Hood Pin
Installation: The installation of safety elements is mandatory. The
hood pin switch must be installed for the remote start system to
work correctly. If your vehicle can be remote started with the hood
open, set the function A11 to OFF. 4. Safety Warning: Installing
this module should be done by a qualified technician. Incorrect
connections can cause permanent damage to your vehicle. Please
ensure that the installation is carried out by a professional. 5.
Wiring Connections: Refer to the wiring diagram provided in the
user manual for proper connections. The following connections
should be made: – Parking Light Harness: Connect to the parking
light harness. – Ignition Harness: Connect to the ignition harness.
– Transponder Connector: Connect to the transponder connector. –
Footh Brake: Connect to the brake switch. – PCM Module Under Hood:
Connect to the PCM module under the hood. 6. Data-Link Connection:
If your vehicle has a data-link connection, it is always required
for proper functionality. Make sure to establish a direct
connection as per the provided diagram. Please note that this is a
summarized version of the product information and usage
