Product Usage Instructions
Charging
- Insert the USB charging cable’s USB-C plug into the charging port on the headphones.
- Insert the USB charging cable’s standard USB plug into the USB port of a computer or a suitable USB charging adapter.
- The LED indicator light turns red while the headphones are charging, then turns off once charging is complete.
Bluetooth Pairing
- Press and hold the Play/Pause button to turn the headphones on.
- The LED indicator light will flash red and blue, indicating the headphones are in pairing mode.
- On your phone, go into the Bluetooth settings, turn on Bluetooth, and connect to “MUZ4010”.
- The LED Indicator Light will illuminate solid blue, indicating successful pairing.
Using Your Headphones
- Press and hold the Play/Pause button for 2 seconds to turn the headphones on.
- Press the Play/Pause button to play or pause a track.
- Use Next Track/Volume + to increase volume and go to the next track.
- Use Previous Track/Volume – to decrease volume and go back to the previous track.

Vivitar One-Year Warranty
- This warranty covers the original consumer purchaser only and is not transferable.
- This warranty covers products that fail to function properly UNDER NORMAL USAGE, due to defects in material or workmanship. Your product will be repaired or replaced at no charge for parts or labor for one year.
What Is Not Covered by Warranty
- Damages or malfunctions not resulting from defects in material or workmanship and damages or malfunctions from other than normal use, including but limited to, repair by unauthorized parties, tampering, modification, or accident.
- To Obtain Warranty Service and Troubleshooting Information: Call 1-800-592-9541 in the U.S. or visit our website at www.vivitar.com.
- To receive a Warranty service along with the name and address of an authorized product service center, the original consumer purchaser must contact us for problem determination and service procedures.
- Proof of purchase in the form of a bill of sale or receipted invoice, evidencing that the product is within the applicable Warranty period(s), MUST be presented to obtain the requested service.
- It is your responsibility to properly package and send any defective products along with a dated copy of proof of purchase, a written explanation of the problem, and a valid return address to the authorized service center at your expense.
- Do not include any other items or accessories with the defective product. Any products received by the authorized service center that are not covered by warranty will be returned unrepaired.
Important Safety Precautions
- READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING YOUR HEADPHONES.
- Do not use your headphones near water. Clean using a dry or slightly moist cloth.
- Do not place your headphones on any wet surfaces.
- Do not allow children or the infirm to play with your headphones without adult supervision.
- Do not expose your headphones to excessive heat, flames, or fire.
- Always press all buttons carefully. Do not manhandle your headphones.
- Do not use in extremely dry environments, as this can lead to static discharge during usage.
- Do not expose your headphones to temperatures above 40°C. Keep out of direct sunlight.
- Do not attempt to repair this product yourself. Contact a qualified service center if your headphones need service.
- Do not drop, puncture or expose your headphones to excessive trauma.
- Your headphones are not intended for commercial use.
- Do not place near objects that generate a strong magnetic field.
- Use only the supplied charging cables. Unplug this device when not in use for long periods or during lightning storms.
- Use a soft cloth to clean your headphones. Never use any harsh chemicals or detergents. Make sure your headphones are dry before charging.
- Please recycle or dispose of your headphones properly based on the laws and rules of your municipality. Contact local recycling facilities and/or the manufacturer of your headphones for further information.
Other Controls
- Press the Play/Pause button to answer an incoming phone call. Press the button again to end the call. Press and hold the button to decline an incoming call.
- Press the Play/Pause button twice to redial the last number called.
- Slide the Noise Cancellation Switch to turn ANC On and Off.
