ETHAN ALLEN 090514 Sienna Table Lamp
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
TO REDUCE THE RISK OF FIRE, ELECTRICAL SHOCK, AND PERSONAL INJURY
This lighting fixture is for indoor use only. This lamp is equipped with a
polarized plug. One plug blade is wider than the other. DO NOT MODIFY the plug
or power cord in any way. DO NOT EXCEED the recommended bulb wattage. Use only
the type of bulb specified. Keep flammable materials away from bulb. DO NOT
OPEN the product or alter the wiring in any way. If you would like to use an
extension cord with this lamp, please adhere to the precautions provided with
the cord.
CAUTION: Use care when unpacking. Locate ALL INCLUDED PARTS before
disposing of packaging materials.
ASSEMBLY
No tools required. Lightbulb(s) are not included, except where required by
State of California Title 20.
See lighting fixture for bulb specification.
Parts (see Figure 1):
- A. Harp
- B. Lamp Base
- C. Shade
- D. Shade Finial
- E. Lamp Socket
- F. Plug Cap
Procedure (see Figure 1):
- Install Harp (A) on Lamp Base (B).
- Install Shade (C) on Harp (A).
- Install Shade Finial (D) on Harp (A).
- Install lightbulb in Lamp Socket (E).
- Remove Plug Cap (F) from cord.
CARE AND CLEANING
- To clean, wipe with a soft dry cloth.
- DO NOT USE cleaners, scouring pads, etc.
- Before changing bulb(s), unplug the lamp and allow the bulb(s) to cool before removal.
Troubleshooting
In the event that after troubleshooting the lighting fixture still does not work, please contact your local Ethan Allen Design Center.
