Roll Holder Positioning
Please Note: Once the dispenser is installed the hub positions can only be changed by loosening the mounting screws and pulling the unit approximately a quarter inch from the wall so that the hub locking pin can be depressed in. Once the adjustment is made the mounting screws are then retightened.
Installation
IMPORTANT! For secure mounting, follow these instructions thoroughly. Ensure that the proper mounting hardware is used for the appropriate wall type.
- Prior to mounting, ensure the roll holders are positioned for the product that is to be used. (See hub adjustment instructions).
- Assess wall surface material to determine if screw anchors are required.
- Mount the dispenser with the bottom edge approximately 15-48” from the floor and 7- 9” from the front edge of the toilet to the centerline of the dispenser. In the presence of a grab bar rail, mount dispenser so that the outlet is no greater than 12” above the bar, or so that the top of the dispenser is no less than 1.5” below the bar.
- Use 4 mounting screws as a minimum to attach the dispenser to a wall.
OPTIONAL PUSH BUTTON LOCK FEATURE
Dispenser comes with plug in place. To convert to pushbutton operation:
- Depress the end of the metal lock spring being careful not to overstress it. Remove the plug, if one is installed, by pushing on it from the inside (Figure 1).
- Remove one of the push buttons from the back wall of the dispenser (Figure 2).
- Insert pushbutton into hole from inside of dispenser (see Figure 3). Insert metal lock spring back in place, lining up notches on it with ones on back panel. Push bottom tab of lock spring up until it snaps into place.

- Open the dispenser using the provided key or push button (Figure 1).
- For 12” rolls, a partially-completed roll can be moved to the stub roll position, and a new roll can be loaded in the primary position.
- Close firmly and ensure the cover latches (Figure 2).
