Suggest that you check with local cleaning supplies or KC Professionals team. It’s my understanding that most of the paper towel providers will provide you with the dispenser free of charge as long as you sign a contract to buy the paper towels from them.

we use Boardwalk 16GREEN Green Seal Recycled Paper Towel Roll, Hardwound, Universal Roll Towels, Natural, 8″ x 800 ft (Case of 6). They work great and they are a good value.
Would 7.8 inch x 1000 ft rolls work in this dispenser?****
Yes it will.
Does it require a key to open?****
No key required. Button on top to bring front cover down to reload paper.

No, it is mechanical that you pull the towels with your hands—not electrical.
Does this model take stub rolls on a separate, but internal, roll holder?****
No, just one roll per use.
What size towel roll does it accept?****
8 inch is correct. These are good units. So far we are happy with them. They have been installed in the company bathrooms. 4 units serving about 65 people. No problems so far except when they run out and we need to put a new roll in. The rolls go in nicely but it is not as easy as putting out a new roll of the standard paper towels. Still much better than going through rolls and rolls of the standard paper towels.

It does cut each sheet for you – we use 1 continuous roll (Kleenex Hard Roll Paper Towels (01080) with Premium Absorbency Pockets, White, 12 Rolls/Case, 5,100 feet)

We are using the 800 ft. roll.

I do not know. I have only used the recommended paper per recommendation.
How does it work, is it manual pull and the paper used is easily available or does it have to be a specific brand?****
I like electronic but after I have this I prefer manual so no noise at night. I use kimberly paper of pricesmart its work very good and it´s strong and the price is similar to other brands. You can use other brand with same dimensions be shure it is strong.
Are all kimberly clark dispensers take the same roll paper towel size or does it vary?****
You can use other brands with same dimensions.
Will this dispenser work with Genuine joe paper towels 22300 19.7cm x 350’? Each roll measure (8” x 5.5”).****
The tube size is the main thing (1-1/2″) and my rolls were 8 inches by 8 inches. So if the roll is 8 inches wide and has a center-core size of 1-1/2 inches, it should work.
what is the size of the core so I know which paper roll i can use? I am looking at the kraft paper role that is 1.75 in diameter.****
This is the 09990 model (Kimberly-Clark Professional Sanitouch Hard Roll Towel Dispenser) which has a 1.5″ core/hub. Please note that the 09996 model (Sanitouch™ Hard Roll Towel Dispenser) has the exact same outer dimensions has a 1.75″ core/hub.

No, just one roll, original roll is big enough.
