Product Usage Instructions

Adjusting Roll Holder Hubs

1. Determine the size of the jumbo tissue to be used.
2. To switch to 12″ roll and stub roll, depress the hub locking pin and rotate the hubs accordingly.
3. To make adjustments after installation, loosen the mounting screws and pull the unit from the wall slightly.

Installation Process

1. Position roll holders for the intended product size before mounting.
2. Assess the wall material to determine if screw anchors are needed.
3. Mount the dispenser at the appropriate height and distance from the toilet.
4. Use a minimum of 4 mounting screws for a secure installation.

Optional Push Button Lock Feature

1. To convert to push-button operation, carefully remove the plug and follow the steps provided.

Loading Instructions

1. Open the dispenser using the key or push button.
2. For 12″ rolls, move a partially completed roll to the stub roll position and load a new roll in the primary position.

This dispenser is equipped with adjustable roll holder hubs that allow it to dispense two different sizes of Jumbo Roll Tissue

• either two full 9” diameter rolls, or one standard 12” diameter roll plus stub roll.

1. First, determine which size Jumbo Roll Tissue product will be used with this dispenser. The dispenser comes pre-loaded from the factory for two 9” Jumbo Tissue Rolls (Figure 1).
2. If for use with 12” tissue rolls and stub roll, move the hubs by depressing the hub locking pin (Figure 2). Rotate one hub to the 12” position until it clicks and locks. Rotate the other hub to the stub roll position until it clicks and locks. (It is recommended that the 12” roll be located farthest away from the user when the dispenser is installed).

Please Note: Once the dispenser is installed the hub positions can only be changed by loosening the mounting screws and pulling the unit approximately a quarter inch from the wall so that the hub locking pin can be depressed in. Once the adjustment is made the mounting screws are then retightened.

Installation

IMPORTANT! For secure mounting, follow these instructions thoroughly. Ensure that the proper mounting hardware is used for the appropriate wall type.

1. Prior to mounting, ensure the roll holders are positioned for the product that is to be used. (See hub adjustment instructions).

2. Assess wall surface material to determine if screw anchors are required.

3. Mount the dispenser with the bottom edge approximately 15-48” from the floor and
   7- 9” from the front edge of the toilet to the centerline of the dispenser. In the presence of a grab bar rail, mount dispenser so that the outlet is no greater than 12” above the bar, or so that the top of the dispenser is no less than 1.5” below the bar.

4. Use 4 mounting screws as a minimum to attach the dispenser to a wall.

OPTIONAL PUSH BUTTON LOCK FEATURE

Dispenser comes with plug in place. To convert to a pushbutton operation:

1. Depress the end of the metal lock spring being careful not to overstress it. Remove the plug, if one is installed, by pushing on it from the inside (Figure 1).
2. Remove one of the push buttons from the back wall of the dispenser (Figure 2).
3. Insert the pushbutton into hole from inside of dispenser (see Figure 3). Insert metal lock spring back in place, lining up notches on it with ones on back panel. Push the bottom tab of lock spring up until it snaps into place.

Loading Instructions

1. Open the dispenser using the provided key or push button (Figure 1).
2. For 12” rolls, a partially-completed roll can be moved to the stub roll position, and a new roll can be loaded in the primary position.
3. Close firmly and ensure the cover latches (Figure 2).
