Product Usage Instructions

Step-by-Step Guide:

1. Remove the protective foil from the kit.
2. Add up to 16 samples to the Lysis/Binding Buffer in columns 1 and 7.
3. Place the plate into the miQron device ensuring the label is facing outward.
4. Insert two combs into the device.
5. Select the UPKit protocol on the miQron and press “Run”.
6. After the program is complete, remove the plate from the miQron and discard the combs.

To import an updated protocol into the miQron, follow these steps:

Using Instruction

1. Remove the protective foil.
2. Add up to 16 samples to Lysis/Binding Buffer (columns 1 and 7).
3. Place the plate into the miQron, taking care that the label is facing outward.
4. Insert two combs.
5. Select the UPKit protocol and press When the program is complete, remove the plate from miQron and discard the combs.

Columns 6 and 12 contain the purified DNA/RNA elution.
