Before First Use

  1. Unpack the product and all parts.
  2. Check for any damage or missing accessories. Contact after-sales service if needed.
  3. Clean the product and all accessories.

Operation

Charging the Oral Irrigator

  1. Plug the adapter of the charging base into a suitable wall socket.
  2. Ensure the main unit is turned off.
  3. Place the main unit upright on the charging base to start charging. The indicator light will blink while charging and stay on when fully charged.

Using the Oral Irrigator

  1. Open the water tank side cap to fill the tank, then close it firmly. Alternatively, remove the water tank from the main unit, fill it, and reattach it to the main unit.

IMPORTANT:
Do not fill mouthwash in the water tank as it may cause damage to the unit.

  1. Press the MODE button to select your preferred mode. The mode can be switched during irrigation by pressing the button again.
    • Normal Mode: For normal cleaning.
    • Soft Mode: For gentle cleaning on sensitive gums.
    • Pulse Mode: For cleaning and gum massaging.
  2. Lean over a washbasin, hold the oral irrigator upright, and gently place the jet tip in your mouth pointing toward your teeth. Keep your mouth slightly open to allow the irrigation water to flow out.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Before using the product, read this manual carefully and keep it for future reference.

  1. Keep the unit and its power cord out of the reach of children younger than 8 years of age, and away from pets.
  2. This unit is not intended to be used by people (including children aged 8 years and above) without assistance or supervision if their physical, sensory or mental capabilities prevent them from using it safely.
  3. CHOKING HAZARD! Keep the set unit and the jet tips away from babies and young children. The jet tips are small enough to be swallowed and can become lodged in the throat.
  4. Never alter the appliance. Also, do not try to disassemble or repair it.
  5. Do not place or store the product where it can fall or be pulled into tub or sink.
  6. Do not reach for the product that has fallen into water. Unplug immediately.
  7. Do not use the product while bathing.
  8. The oral irrigator can be used by by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and EN knowledge under supervision. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
  9. This unit is intended for household and personal use only. It is not intended for medical or commercial use, or any other purpose. Use indoors only.
  10. Do not use for any purpose other than oral cleaning.
  11. WARNING: For the purposes of recharging the battery, only use the detachable supply unit provided with this appliance.
  12. The battery must be removed from the appliance before it is scrapped.
  13. The appliance must be disconnected from the supply mains when removing the battery.
  14. The battery is to be disposed of safely.
  15. The oral irrigator shall be used only with cold or warm water not more than 40 ºC.
  16. The supply cord cannot be replaced. If the cord is damaged the appliance should be scrapped.
  17. Keep the cord away from heated surfaces.
  18. Do not use the unit without the jet tip.
  19. Do not immerse the appliance in water.
  20. Certain types of mouthwash may damage the equipment by causing the housing or water reservoir to crack. Therefore, do not use mouthwash in the water reservoir.
  21. People who experience tooth or gum pain may not be able to use this device and should consult their dentist.
  22. Do not press the jet tip too firmly against your teeth or gums. Doing so may injure your gums.
  23. This appliance contains battery that is non-replaceable.

BEFORE FIRST USE

  1. Unpack the product and all parts.
  2. Make sure the product is not damaged and that there are no missing accessories. Contact our after-sales service if there are any missing or damaged parts.
  3. Clean the product and all accessories (→ “6. CLEANING AND CARE”).

NOTE:
There may be moisture inside your new unit (water tank and suction tube) left from the distilled water used on manufacturing for product testing.

OPERATION

Charging the Oral Irrigator
Before the first use and when the battery is low, fully charge the battery for approximately 16 hours.

  1. Plug the adapter of the charging base into a suitable wall socket.
  2. Ensure the main unit is turned off.
  3. Place the main unit upright on the charging base to start charging (Fig. 1). The indicator light will blink while the unit is charging, and will stay on when it is fully charged.

Using the Oral Irrigator

  1. Remove the main unit from the charging base.

  2. Insert the jet tip firmly onto the main unit (Fig. 2).

  3. Fill the water tank with tap water (not exceeding 40 °C) using one of the following methods:

    • Open the water tank side cap to fill the tank, then close the cap firmly (Fig. 3).
    • Or, remove the water tank from the main unit by sliding it down, fill the water tank, and then reattach it to the main unit (Fig. 4).
      IMPORTANT: Do not fill mouthwash in the water tank. Certain types of mouthwash may cause the water tank or housing to crack and damage the unit.
  4. Press the button to select your preferred mode. The mode can be switched during irrigation by pressing the button again (Fig. 5).

    • Normal Mode: For normal cleaning.
    • Soft Mode: For gentle cleaning on sensitive gums.
    • Pulse Mode: For cleaning and gum massaging.
  5. Lean over a washbasin, hold the oral irrigator upright and gently place the jet tip in your mouth pointing toward your teeth. Keep your mouth slightly open to allow the irrigation water to flow out.

  6. Press the button to start irrigating (Fig. 6):

  7. Direct the water jet at a 90 degree angle to the teeth and gums.

  8. Direct the water jet slowly along your gum line, pausing briefly between teeth.

  9. Irrigate along the front and back of the teeth, and carefully around braces, crowns or bridgework.

  10. The oral irrigator will automatically turn off after 2 minutes if no button is pressed.

  11. To manually turn off the unit, press the button.

  12. To change or remove the jet tip for cleaning, ensure the unit is turned off and then press the EJECT button to release the jet tip (Fig. 7).

After using the Oral Irrigator (Fig. 8)
Empty the water tank after each use to prevent the growth of bacteria:

  1. Open the water tank side cap and empty the tank.
  2. Press the button to turn the unit on for a few seconds to flush out any water inside.
  3. Press the button again to turn the unit off, and close the water tank side cap.
  4. Dry the unit with a soft dry cloth.

NOTE:
When the indicator light starts blinking during or after use, it indicates that the battery is low and the unit needs to be charged.

CLEANING AND CARE

  • WARNING: Always unplug the power cord from the wall socket before cleaning the unit and charging base.
  • WARNING: Do not immerse the main unit, charging base, power cord or plug in water or any liquids. Do not rinse them under the tap as they contain electrical components. Keep all electrical parts dry.
  • WARNING: Never use solvents, chemical or abrasive cleaning agents (e.g. limescale removers, vinegar, etc.), wire brushes, sharp objects, or scouring pads to clean the unit.
  • Do not clean with water warmer than 40 °C.
  • Main unit, charging base – Surface wipe only. Wipe with a soft dry cloth to keep the units dry. When necessary, wipe with a soft cloth lightly moistened with water or mild soapy water. Dry thoroughly with a soft dry cloth after cleaning.
  • Jet tips – Rinse with water and wipe with a soft cloth. Replace every 6 months.
  • Water tank, suction tube, and filter – Rinse with water and wipe with a soft dry cloth. Do not bend, pull or twist the suction tube. Occasionally, clean the filter at the end of the suction tube with a soft toothbrush to prevent clogging.
  • If you are not going to use the unit for an extended period of time, empty the water tank and allow it to air dry completely before storing the unit.
  • Store in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight.
  • Keep out of the reach of children.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem Possible cause Solution
Unit does not work. The unit is new, or was left unused for more than 3
months. Charge the unit for about 16 hours.
Unit only works for a few minutes even after charging. Charging time was

insufficient.

The unit is new, or has been left unused for a long period.| Pull out the jet tip and

reattach it to the unit.

DISPOSAL

The rechargeable battery inside the unit is easy to remove for recycling. At the end of the product’s life and prior to disposal, please remove the rechargeable battery from the main unit following the instructions below.

CAUTION:
During the below operation, make sure to protect your eyes, hands, fingers, and the surface on which you work. Wash your hands thoroughly after handling a battery.

  1. Pry out the 2 rubber feet on the bottom of the main unit (Fig. 9,  1 ).
  2. Then, use a cross-head screwdriver to remove the 2 screws revealed by turning them anti-clockwise. Remove the bottom cap once released (Fig. 9, 2 ).
  3. Remove the water tank from the main unit. Unscrew the 2 screws beside the suction tube and remove the cap (Fig. 10).
  4. Pull out the circuit board and remove all the screws (Fig. 11).
  5. Cut off the cables attached to the rechargeable battery (Fig. 12) and remove the battery from the circuit board for safe recycling (Fig. 13).

GUARANTEES AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

This product is guaranteed for a period of 36 months (including the legal guarantee of 24 months as defined by local law as well as a commercial guarantee of 12 additional months offered by the brand) from the date of purchase, against any failure resulting from a manufacturing or material defect.

This guarantee does not cover damage resulting from a faulty installation, incorrect use, or normal wear and tear.More specifically, the guarantee does not cover:

  • Damage or problems caused by incorrect use, accidents, modifications or an electrical connection with the wrong current or voltage.
  • Products that have been modified or whose tamper evident seal or serial number has been damaged, altered, removed or rusted.
  • Replaceable batteries and accessories are guaranteed for 6 months.
  • Battery failure, as a result of over-charging or non-compliance with the safety instructions set out in the manual
  • Cosmetic damage, including scratches, bumps and any other element.
  • Damage caused by any servicing operations carried out by non-authorised persons.
  • Faults caused by normal wear and tear or the normal ageing of the product
  • Software updates as a consequence of changes to network settings
  • Product failure resulting from the use of third party software to modify, change or adapt the product as supplied
  • Product failure resulting from its use without manufacturer-approved accessories
  • Rusted products

The manufacturer is not liable for the loss of data stored on the hard drive. Similarly, the manufacturer is not required to check that SIM/SD cards have been removed from returned products. Repaired or replaced products may include new and/or repackaged hardware and components.

IMPLEMENTATION METHODS

  • To make a claim under the guarantee, please return your product to the reception desk of your local sales outlet with the proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, etc.) of the product and accessories supplied, along with the original packaging.
  • The following information will be required: date of purchase, model and serial or IMEI number (this information generally features on the product, the packaging or proof of purchase).
  • Failing this, you must return the product with all accessories needed for it to work properly (power cable, adapter etc.).

If your product is covered by the guarantee, the after-sales service will (within the bounds of the local legislation):

  • Repair or replace the faulty parts
  • Exchange the returned product with a product which has the same features or better and is equivalent in terms of performance.
  • Refund the product at the price stated on the proof of purchase.

In the case of a repair covered by the guarantee, your guarantee period will be extended by 6 months. This period cannot be combined in the event of repeated failures.
