To improve the safety and operation of your ride-on car and its rider, please follow the recommendations in this manual.

BATTERY INFORMATION
- BATTERY INFORMATION
- Non-rechargeable batteries should not be recharged.
- If removable rechargeable batteries are used, they should only be charged under adult supervision.
- Rechargeable batteries should be removed from the product before charging.
- Do not mix old and new batteries, or different types of batteries (alkaline, standard, or rechargeable).
- Insert batteries as indicated inside the battery compartment, with the anode connected to the anode and the cathode connected to the cathode.
- Remove batteries during long periods of non-use and always remove exhausted batteries from the product. Battery leakage and corrosion can damage this product, so please dispose of batteries safely.
- Never short circuit the battery terminals.

Safety
AVOID INJURIES AND DEATHS:
- NEVER LEAVE CHILD UNATTENDED. ADULT DIRECT SUPERVISION IS REQUIRED ALL TIME.
- Keep the child in view at all times when they are in the vehicle.
- This toy should be used with caution, as skill is required to avoid falls or collisions that could cause injury to the user or third parties.
- Wear protective equipment.
- Never use it on roadways, near cars, on steep inclines or steps, in swimming pools, or in other bodies of water.
- Always wear shoes and sit on the seat.
- Do not use it in traffic.
- This toy is not suitable for children under 36 months due to its maximum speed, and the maximum user weight is 66 lbs.
- This toy does not have a brake.
WARNING
- CHOKING HAZARD! Not suitable for children under 36 months.
- Assembly must be done by an adult.
Attach the Trailer linkage & Driving wheel
Flip the vehicle body upside down.
- Attach the trailer linkage to the vehicle body.
- Insert four 4-12 flat head screws through the trailer linkage and into the vehicle body and tighten with a screwdriver.
- Ensure the driving wheel matches up with the gearbox on the vehicle body, then slide it onto the rear axle.
- Slide a 8 washer onto the rear axle
- Tighten a lock nut to the end of the rear axle. Then repeat steps 3-6 for the other driving wheel.
- Insert the driving wheel hubcap into the driving wheel
Attach the Rear Wheels & Steering Wheel

Slide a 10 washer onto the front axle.

Insert a normal wheel onto the front axle.

Slide a 8 washer onto the front axle.
-
Tighten a lock nut to the end of the front axle.
-
Insert the hubcap into the driving wheel, then repeat for the other front wheel.

Attach the steering wheel to the end of the steering column.
-
Align the holes on the steering wheel with the holes on the steering column, then insert the M5x30 machine screw.

Use a screwdriver to fasten a nut on the opposite end of the screw.
Attach the Exhaust Pipe & Connect the Power
- Push the exhaust into the hole on the right side of the vehicle body until you hear it click into place.
- Connect the red connector to the interface on the motherboard.
Attach the Seat & the Trailer
- Fit the seat to the vehicle body.
- Insert five $4*12 flat head screws and tighten them.
Flip the trailer house upside down.
- Attach the trailer support to the trailer house.
- Insert eight 4×12 flat head screws and tighten them.
Attach the Rails & Trailer Wheel (if equipped)
Flip the trailer house.
- Attach the side rails to the front rail.
- Attach the rails assembly to the trailer house.
- Slide a 8 washer onto the trailer axle.
- Tighten a locknut to the end of the trailer axle.
- Slide a wheel onto the trailer axle, with the outside facing out first.
- Slide a 10 washer onto the trailer axle.
- Slide the bushing (larger end first) onto the trailer axle.
- Insert the trailer axle through the holes on one side of the trailer support, and out through the holes on the other side.
Attach the Trailer to Vehicle body (if equipped)

Slide the bushing (smaller end first) onto the trailer axle.

Slide a 10 washer onto the trailer axle.

Slide a normal wheel onto the trailer axle, with the outside facing out first.

Slide a 8 washer onto the trailer axle.
-
Tighten a locknut to the end of the trailer axle using a spanner.
HINT: An extra spanner has been provided to hold the lock nut on one side of the trailer axle while tightening the lock nut on the other side. -
Insert the normal wheel hubcaps onto the wheels.

Attach the trailer assembly to the trailer linkage on the vehicle body.

Insert the trailer bolt and push until it “clicks” into place.
Use your new ride-on
IMPORTANT!
Always stop the vehicle when changing the speed or direction to avoid damaging the gears and motor.

One-button start: Turn on/off the vehicle.
-
High/Low speed and Forward/Reverse Adjustment:
Changes the direction in which the vehicle moves (forward or reverse). To move the vehicle forward at high speed, shift the lever to the top position. To move the vehicle forward at low speed, shift the lever to the middle position.
To move the vehicle backward, shift the lever to the down position.
HINT: The vehicle is designed to operate only at low speed in reverse. -
Lights switch: Turn on/off the vehicle lights.

Foot pedal:
To move the vehicle, press the foot pedal down.
To brake or slow down, release pressure from the pedal. -
Hon button: Press to activate the horn or sound playing.
Use the Player
- A. USB slot (Maximum support 15GB)
- B. Change to the USB music play or Bluetooth: YJ-XLHP-BT
- C. Play / Next
- D. Decrease volume
- E. Increase volume
- F. Battery display: It displays the power level of the battery when the vehicle stops.
- When only one light remains on, please recharge the battery.
Use the Remote Controller (IF EQUIPPED)
Attach the batteries of the controller
Open the battery compartment door on the back of the controller and insert two AAA (LR03) batteries.
Batteries are not included; please refer to the Battery Information on page 1.

Build Connection
Press and hold the forward and reverse buttons for 3 seconds until the speed Indicator flashes. Then turn on the vehicle and the speed indicator will remain lit, Indicating a successful connection. If the speed indicator does not respond, the connection has failed. Replace the batteries and try again. -
Brake Button
Press the button to brake, then press again to release. -
Speed Selection Button
The switch operates the vehicle to move at low, normal, or high speeds.
HINT: This switch won’t work while your vehicle is in reverse.
NOTE:
Allow the remote controller to idle for approximately 10 seconds, and it will
shut off automatically.
Rebuild the connection after replacing the batteries of the remote controller.
Charging
WARNING!
An adult is the only one who can charge and recharge the battery.
WARNING!
This product has Charging Protection: when charging, all functions will be disabled!

The POWER SWITCH must be turned to the OFF position when charging.

Before the first use, charge the battery for 4-6 hours. Do not recharge for more than 10 hours to avoid overheating.

When the vehicle runs slowly, recharge the battery to optimize performance.
-
Charge the vehicle after each use or at least once a month for 8 to 12 hours, but no more than 20 hours per charge.

Use ONLY the rechargeable battery and charger supplied with your vehicle. DO NOT substitute with another brand, as this may cause a fire or explosion.

Do not use the battery or charger for any purpose other than its intended use.
- Plug the charger port into the input socket below the seat.
- Plug the charger into a wall outlet and the battery will begin charging.
Trouble Shooting Guide

Difficult to shift from forward to reverse or vice-versa| Attempting to shift

Maintaining
- It is the responsibility of parents to check the main parts of the toy before use, regularly inspect for potential hazards such as batteries, chargers, cables or cords, plugs, screws, and enclosures, and not use the toy until any damage has been properly repaired.
- Ensure that the plastic components of the vehicle are not cracked or damaged.
- Occasionally lubricate moving parts such as wheels with lightweight oil.
- To protect the vehicle from wet weather, park it indoors or cover it with a tarp.
- Keep the vehicle away from sources of heat, such as stoves and heaters, as plastic parts may melt.
- Only an adult should handle the battery, and it should be recharged after each use and at least once a month when the vehicle is not being used.
- Do not wash the vehicle with a hose or soap and water. Avoid driving the vehicle in rainy or snowy weather, as water can damage the motor, electric system, and battery.
- Clean the vehicle with a soft, dry cloth and restore shine to plastic parts with non-wax furniture polish. Avoid using car wax or abrasive cleaners.
- Do not drive the vehicle on loose dirt, sand, or fine gravel, as this could damage the moving parts, motors, or electric system.
- All electrical sources should be turned off when not in use. Power switches should be switched off and battery connections should be disconnected.
Fuse
The battery features a thermal fuse with a rest fuse that will automatically trip and cut all power to the vehicle if the motor, electric system, or battery is overloaded. To reset the fuse and restore power, turn the unit OFF for 20 seconds and then turn it ON again. If the thermal fuse trips repeatedly during normal use, contact your distributor.
Follow these guidelines to prevent power loss:
- Do not overload the vehicle.
- Do not tow anything behind the vehicle.
- Do not drive up steep slopes.
- Avoid driving into fixed objects, as this can cause the wheels to spin and the motor to overheat.
- Do not drive in hot weather, as components may overheat.
- Do not let water or any other liquids come into contact with the battery or any other electrical components.
- Do not tamper with the electric system, as it may create a short and cause the fuse to trip.
Disposal of Battery

Recycle or dispose of your sealed lead-acid battery in an environmentally responsible manner.

Do not set fire to your lead-acid battery as it may explode or leak,
Do not throw away a lead-acid battery in your regular household waste. -
Incineration, landfiling, or mixing sealed lead-acid batteries with household trash is illegal.
