427390 Replacement Circuit Board
Instructions for PCB board replacement
Step 1
Remove the electrical cover plate, the filters, and the connectors.
Step 2
Remove all connectors from the PCB board.
Step 3
Remove the screws shown in picture above,“Please take note of the item number
of your unit to know which screws to remove.

Step 4
Remove the screws shown in picture above.
Step 5
Carefully slide the top of the divider toward the center of the unit .
Step 6
It’s now time to remove the board. First remove the two plastic pins shown
below by pinching them using pliers and simultaneously pulling the corner of
the board. 4 new plastic pins have been provided with the replacement PCB
board in case any are broken in the process.
Step 7
The two (2) other pins will need to be removed by cutting them from the back
of the board they will be replaced by new pins supplied with the kit .
Step 8
Take out defective board and replace all the broken plastic pins.
Step 9
Please make sure the jumper position on the NEW replacement board are set
exactly the same as the OLD board that was taken out of the unit. If they
aren’t, change jumper settings on NEW board accordingly. (Picture above shows
jumper location in reference to the board. Do not use picture as a guide for
the jumper setting.)
Step 10
Insert board in the plastic pins in the order shown above for easier
installation.
Step 11
Insert connectors in proper location using the image above as a reference.
