Product Information
The Mobile Media Center for Dual Flat-Screen TVs is a versatile product designed to enhance your entertainment experience. Requirements
In order to use the Mobile Media Center for Dual Flat-Screen TVs, you will need the following:
- Two flat-screen TVs with compatible VESA mounting patterns
- A stable and level surface to place the Mobile Media Center
- Sufficient space to accommodate the dimensions of the product and the TVs
Product Usage Instructions
Installation
- Ensure that you have all the necessary components and tools.
- Select a suitable location for the Mobile Media Center, ensuring it is stable and level.
- Attach the TV Mounting Brackets to the back of each flat-screen TV using the provided installation hardware.
- Position the TVs on the Mobile Media Center Assembly, aligning the TV Mounting Brackets with the mounting slots.
- Secure the TVs in place by tightening the screws on the TV Mounting Brackets.
Operation
To adjust the tilt angle of the TV Mounting Brackets:
- Loosen the tilt adjustment screws located on each TV Mounting Bracket.
- Tilt the TVs to the desired angle.
- Tighten the tilt adjustment screws to secure the tilt angle.
To move the Mobile Media Center Assembly:
- Ensure that the TVs are securely mounted and all cables are properly connected.
- Gently push or pull the Mobile Media Center to the desired location.
- Be cautious when moving the product to avoid damage to the equipment or personal injury.

Installation
Attach the Casters (B)
- Flip the Base (A) upside down and place it onto a clean and flat surface. (Figure 1)
- Note: Cover hard floors with a soft cloth to prevent scratching.
- Insert each of the four Casters (B) into the holes, located in the bottom of the Base (A) and tighten, using the Wrench (C1).
- Flip the Base (A) upright so the Casters (B) are making contact with the floor.
- (For uneven surfaces) Flip the Base (A) upside down and use the Wrench (C1) to adjust the Nut located on each Caster (B).
Attach the Columns (E &F) to the Base (A)
- Determine the desired mounting height for the TV.
- Hold the inner and outer Left Column (E) in one hand and loosen the two Hex Screws on the side of the Left Column (E), using the Hex Key (B1). (Figure 2)
- Notes: Two People may be required to complete this step.
- Do not release the grip on the inner and outer portions of the Left Column (E) while the Hex Screws are loose.
- Extend the Left Column (E) to the desired mounting height. Use the built-in Height Indictor, located on the inner portion of the Left Column (E).
- Tighten the two Hex Screws, using the Hex Key (B1).
- Repeat steps 2-4 for the Right Column (F). Ensure both Columns (E&F) are the same height by referencing the Height Indicators on the inner portion of each Column.
- Engage the Brake on each one of the four Casters (B) before proceeding to step 7. (Figure 3)
- Slide the Left (E) and Right Columns (F) into their respective receptacles, located in the Base (A).
- Note: The Cable Management Holes in the Columns (E+F) must be facing the front of the assembly.
- Slide one Handle (D) over the Left Column (E). Ensure the grip loop portion of the Handle (D) is facing the back of the Base (A).
- Note: The Left Column (E) has not yet been attached to the Base (A) with a Screw. Exercise caution when sliding the Plastic Handles (D) over the Columns.
- Repeat step 8 for the Right Column (F).
- Tilt the entire Assembly onto its side to gain access to the bottom of the Base (A). (Figure 4)
- Note: It is recommended that Two People complete this step and any subsequent steps that involve tilting or moving the Mobile TV Cart.
- Insert four M8 x 25 mm Hex Head Screws (X) through the Base (A) and into the Left Column (E).
- Tighten all four M8 x 25 mm Hex Head Screws (X), using the Hex Key (B1).
- Repeat steps 11-12 for the Right Column (F).
- Tilt the entire Assembly back to an upright position.
- Insert one M6 x 25 mm Hex Head Screw (S) into the back of the Left Column (E). (Figure 5)
- Warning: Do not skip this step. The M6 x 25 mm Screws (E) serve as important safety stops.
- Tighten the M6 x 25 mm Screw (E), using a Phillips Head Screwdriver.
- Repeat steps 15-16 for the Right Column (F).
Assemble the Universal Plates (C)
- Place the Universal Plates (C) next to one another on a clean and flat surface with the Plastic End Caps facing the outer edges and the Screw Holes facing down. (Figure 6)
- Slide one Connector (J) into the Universal Plate (C), align the screw holes and secure with screws.
- Note: Both Connectors (J) must be oriented the same way.
- Flip the Universal Plates (C) and place them next to one another with the Plastic End Caps facing the outside edges and the Screw Holes facing up.
- Slide two Fixing Plates (N) into the grooves of the Universal Plates (C), located underneath the Screw Holes. Align the Screw Holes in the Universal Plates (C) with the Holes in the Fixing Plates (N).
- Insert four M6 x 14 mm Screws (W) through the Screw Holes in the Universal Plates (C) and into the Fixing Plates (N).
- Tighten all four M6 x 14 mm Screws (W), using a Phillips Head Screwdriver.
Attach the Universal Plates (C) to the Columns (E+F)
- Place the Universal Plate Assembly (C+J) atop the Left and Right Columns (E+F) and align the four screw holes in the Connectors (J) with the two screw holes in each Column (E+F). (Figure 7)
- Insert four M6 x 14 mm Screws (W) through the Universal Plates (C) and into the Columns (E+F) (two for each Column (E+F)).
- Tighten all four M6 x 14 mm Screws (W), using a Phillips Head Screwdriver.
- Affix one Top Cover (I) over each Column (E+F). (Figure 8)
Assemble the Media Shelf (K)
- Flip the Media Shelf (K) upside down and place on a clean and flat surface.
- Place the Support Bar (O) up against the Media Shelf (K), aligning the holes in the Support Bar (O) with the holes found in the Media Shelf (K). (Figure 9)
- Hold one of the Knobs (P) up against the outermost hole in the Support Bar (O) and insert one of the M6 x 25 mm Button Head Screws (Y) through the square-shaped hole in the Media Shelf (K), the Support Bar (O), and into the Knob (P).
- Tighten the Knob, by hand.
- Repeat steps 3-4 to attach the second Knob.
- Insert two M6 x 14 mm Screws (W) through the innermost circular shaped holes in the Media Shelf (K) and into the Support Bar (O).
- Tighten the M6 x 14 mm Screws (W), using a Phillips Head Screwdriver.
Attach the Media Shelf (K) to the Columns
- Lower the Media Shelf (K) Assembly from above into the Supporting Blocks, located on the insides of the Columns (E+F). Align the holes in the Support Bar (O) with the holes in the Supporting Blocks. (Figure 10)
- Insert one M6 x 25 mm Hex Head Screw (V) through the hole in the Supporting Block on the Left Column (E) and into the Support Bar (O).
- Tighten the M6 x 25 mm Hex Head Screw (V), using the Hex Key (B1).
- Repeat steps 2-3 for the Right Column (F).
- Determine the desired mounting height for the Media Shelf (K) Assembly.
- Hold the Media Shelf (K) Assembly and loosen the two M6 x 25 mm Hex Head Screws (V) that secure the Support Block to the Left Column (E), using the Hex Key (B1).
- Note: Continue to support the weight of the Media Shelf (K) Assembly until all of the M6 x 25 mm Hex Head Screws (V) have been tightened.
- Repeat step 6 for the Support Block in the Right Column (F).
- Slide the Media Shelf (K) Assembly up or down to the desired height.
- Tighten all four Support Block Hex Screws, using the Hex Key (B1).
Adjust the Height of the Columns (E+F)
- Loosen the two Hex Screws in each Column (E+F) (4 Hex Screws total), using the Hex Key (B1), while supporting the full weight of the Universal Plate Assembly (C+J). (Figure 11)
- Warning: Once all of the Hex Screws have been loosened, the full weight of the Universal Plate Assembly (C+J) will become unsupported. Ensure the full weight of the Universal Plate Assembly (C+J) is supported until the Hex Screws have been adequately tightened.
- Adjust the height of the Universal Plate Assembly (C+J) to the desired mounting height for the TVs.
- Tighten the two Hex Screws in each Column (E+F) (4 Hex Screws total), loosened in Step 1, using the Hex Key (B1).
Attach the TV Mounting Brackets (G+H)
- Place one TV on a flat, clean, and padded surface with the screen side down. (Figure 12)
- (Optional) Identify and remove the pre-installed VESA Hardware from the back of the TV.
- Note: Not all TVs will have placeholder VESA Hardware. Only remove the four Screws for the VESA Mount. Do not remove any of the screws from the TV’s structural assembly.
- Place the necessary number of Small (M-G) and/or Large Spacers (M-H) over each VESA Mounting Hole.
- Place the Left (G) and Right (H) TV Mounting Brackets, parallel to one another, on the back of the TV over the VESA Mounting Holes. The arrows on the TV Mounting Brackets (G+H) should be pointing towards the top of the TV.
- Thread the Square Washers (M-F) over the appropriately sized M-Type Screws.
- Thread the appropriately sized M-Type Screws (e.g. M5 x 14 mm Screws (M-A)) through the Square Washers (M-F), TV Mounting Brackets (G+H), (Optional) Spacers (M-G + M-H), and into the TV.
- Note: Each Square Washer (M-F) features two holes. Select the hole that fits the selected M-Type Screws.
- Tighten the M-Type Screws, using a Phillips Head Screwdriver, until each Screw sits flush with the surface of the TV Mounting Brackets (G+H).
- Warning: Do not overtighten the M-Type Screws. If any unexpected resistance is encountered while fastening these M-Type Screws, immediately stop and attempt to use a different length of M-Type Screw.
- Repeat steps 1-6 for the second TV.
Hang the TV onto the Universal Plate (C)
Warning: Ensure the TVs are correctly mounted onto the Universal Plates (C) and the locking mechanisms are properly engaged before releasing the displays.
- Select the first TV to be mounted and loosen the 2 Screws, located at the bottom of the TV Mounting Brackets (G+H), using a Phillips Head Screwdriver. (Figure 13)
- Note: Loosening the Screws lowers the locking mechanisms, located on the TV Mounting Brackets (G+H). Ensure the Screws have been loosened enough for the TV Mounting Brackets (G+H) to be attached to the Universal Plates (C).
- With two people, lift and hang the TV onto the Universal Plates (C).
- Note: Ensure the hooks on the TV Mounting Brackets (G+H) are hung over the top edge of the Universal Plates (C).
- Tighten the 2 Screws in the bottom of the TV Mounting Brackets (G+H), using the Phillips Head Screwdriver.
- (Optional – Locking) Insert a Padlock (not included) through the holes, located at the bottom of either TV Mounting Bracket (G+H).
- Repeat steps 1-4 for the second TV.
Assemble the Camera Shelf (M)
- Hold the Camera Shelf (M) up against the top of the Connecting Plate (L), aligning the three holes in the top of the Camera Shelf (M) with the three holes in the Connecting Plate (L). (Figure 14)
- Insert three M4 x 6 mm Screws (T) through the three holes, located in the top of the Camera Shelf (M) and into the top of the Connecting Plate (L).
- Tighten all three M4 x 6 mm Screws (T), using a Phillips Head Screwdriver.
- Insert two M4 x 6 mm Button Head Screws (U) through the two holes, located in the back of the Camera Shelf (M) and into the back of the Connecting Plate (L).
- Tighten the two M4 x 6 mm Button Head Screws (U), using a Phillips Head Screwdriver.
Attach the Camera Shelf (M) Assembly
- Prepare two M6 x 25 mm Button Head Screw (R) Assemblies by threading a Connecting Plate Washer (A1) over each M6 x 25 mm Button Head Screw (R).
- Select the two openings in the Connecting Plate (L) that will provide the optimal mounting height for the Camera Shelf. Insert one of the M6 x 25 mm Button Head Screw(R) Assemblies through the Connecting Plate (L). Insert the second M6 x 25 mm Button Head Screw (R) Assembly through the opening next to the first M6 x 25 mm Button Head Screw (R) Assembly. Slide one Connecting Plate Spacer (Z) over each of the M6 x 25 mm Button Head Screw (R) Assemblies. This completes the Camera Shelf (M) Assembly.
- Lift and hold the Camera Shelf (M) Assembly against the back of the Universal Plates (C) and align the M6 x 25 mm Button Head Screw (R) Assemblies with the holes in the back of the Universal Plates (C).
- Begin to tighten the two M6 x 25 mm Button Head Screw (R) Assemblies , using a Phillips Head Screwdriver. Before tightening the M6 x 25 mm Button Head Screw (R) Assemblies all the way, adjust the height of the Camera Shelf (M) Assembly. Once at the desired height, finish tightening the two M6 x 25 mm Button Head Screw (R) Assemblies , using a Phillips Head Screwdriver.
Cable Management
- Route the Cables from the back of the TVs into the Grommets located at the top-front of the Columns (E+F). (Figure 16)
- Note: All the Grommets are removable.
- Push the Cables through the Columns (E+F).
- Route the Cables out of the Grommets, located at the bottom-front of the Columns and into the respective Power and/or Video Sources.
Operation
Maintenance
- Check if the bracket is secure and safe to use at regular intervals(at least every three months).
Adjust the Tilt Angle of the TV Mounting Brackets
- Loosen the two Nuts on the outward facing side of one TV Mounting Bracket (G or H), using the Wrench (C1).
- Repeat step 1 for the second TV Mounting Bracket (G or H).
- Tilt the TV to the desired angle.
- Note: Two People are required for all tilt adjustments.
- Tighten the four Nuts that were loosened in steps 1-2, using the Wrench (C1).
Move the Mobile Media Center Assembly
Warning: Never attempt to move the Mobile Media Center Assembly with one person. A minimum of two people are required to move the Mobile Media Center Assembly.
- Disconnect and remove the Web Camera and any Media Devices from the Mobile Media Center Assembly.
- Unplug and move any Cables that may interfere with, or prevent, the movement of the Mobile Media Center Assembly.
- Disengage the Brakes on the Casters (B).
- Grip the Handles (D) and the top corners of the TVs and slowly move the Mobile Media Center Assembly, using two people. Ensure caution is exercised around corners or when navigating over bumps and/or uneven ground.
- Once at the selected location, lock the Brakes on the Casters (B).
