SIMIX Multi-Surface Cleaner

POWDER CONCENTRATE

Includes large scoop (4oz.) and small scoop (¼ oz.) FOR BEST RESULTS USE HOT WATER AND DO NOT EXCEED RECOMMENDED POWDER AMOUNTS

A/C CONDENSER/EVAPORATOR COILS

1. Dissolve Simix in a pump-up sprayer. 1 large scoop for every 1 gallon of water.
2. Soak the coil, fan and cabinet with Simix solution inside/out and outside/in until you see it running off.
3. Allow cleaner to soak in for 5 minutes.
4. Thoroughly rinse from top to bottom, inside/out and outside/in.
5. Repeat steps 1 through 3 if needed.

KITCHEN FLOORS

1. Pour 3 gallons of hottest water you can safely use into a mop bucket.
2. Using the small scoop, add 6 small scoops of Simix powder for daily cleaning. Mix with mop.
3. Mop floors.
4. Pour mop water down floor drain to keep it free-flowing and eliminate odors.

TOUCH POINT SURFACES: GLASS, TABLES, COUNTERS, STAINLESS STEEL, WALLS,

CEILINGS, DESKS, HOSPITAL SURFACES, GYM EQUIPMENT, PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT

1. Using the small scoop, put 2 small scoops of Simix powder in a gallon of hot water.
2. Shake to dissolve.
3. Pour cleaner into sprayer.
4. Spray surface.
5. Wipe with clean cloth.

CARPETS

1. Use the hottest water possible.
2. Using the small scoop, put 2 small scoops into every gallon of water. If carpets are extremely soiled, use 4 small scoops per gallon of water.
3. Clean as you normally would.

HOOD FILTERS AND OVEN PARTS

1. Plug drain and fill sinks with hottest water available.
2. Add Simix powder to hot water. Using the large scoop, add 1 large scoop for every 5 gallons of water.
3. Soak hood filters and oven parts in solution for 20 minutes.
4. Rinse with warm water and wipe clean.

DEEP FRYERS

1. With fryer empty of any cooking oils close the drain valve and fill with hottest water available.
2. Turn on fryer and heat to 200°F. As water heats sprinkle in Simix powder.
3. Use 1 large scoop for a 2 cavity fryer. Be careful not to let water boil and splash out.
4. Let soak for 20 minutes. Scrub the interior walls with a long-handled brush.
5. Place a large pan underneath the drain valve and slowly drain. Flush the fryer thoroughly with water to remove all cleaning solution; then wipe the interior dry with paper towels or cloths and allow all parts to dry completely. Close the drain valve.

AUTOSCRUBBER

• Normal daily cleaning: Using large scoop, add 1/2 large scoop per 16-20 gallons of water.
• Extremely soiled: Using large scoop, add 1 large scoop per 16-20 gallons of water.

LAUNDRY

1. Using the small scoop, put 2 small scoops in washer for normal loads, 6 small scoops for greasy loads.
2. Must use hot water.

GREASE TRAPS/PIPE TO STREET

Once a week, do regular maintenance on grease traps using Simix. Doing this weekly maintenance will eliminate your need for cleanouts, snaking and hydro jetting. For high volume traps or if there are recurring foul odors, do maintenance more frequently.

1. Plug all sink drains that lead to grease trap.
2. Fill sinks with hottest water possible.
3. Sprinkle Simix powder into water.
4. Using the large scoop, use
5. large scoop per 8-10 gallons of water.
6. Mix using a large paddle, whisk or spoon.
7. Drain the sink farthest from the grease trap first.
8. Then, drain the other sinks.
9. Fill and drain a total of 3 sinks.
10. If needed go back to step one and repeat.

PRESSURE WASHING  ALL EXTERIOR SURFACES

1. Using large scoop, put 1/2 scoop per gallon of water for moderately soiled areas or 1 scoop for very dirty or oil-stained areas.
2. Spray area and allow to soak for 20 minutes. Keep surface damp.
3. Clean as you normally would.
