INSTALLATION

This product can be mounted onto a flat, even wall for storage or charging. To do so:

  1. Insert the cable into the groove on the wall bracket (14) and turn it by 90° to lock it in place.
  2. Select an installation position located in the proximity of the electrical outlet.
  3. Fix the provided wall bracket (14) using suitable screws and wall plugs (not supplied). Make sure not to pinch the power cable during installation.

IMPORTANT: Do not drill into any pipes or mains cables beneath the surface during mounting holes preparation. The fixing point(s) must be capable of supporting the full weight of the product.

USE

Assembly

  1. Insert the HEPA filter (12) into the filter holder (13) and turn until locked.
  2. Insert assembled parts into the dust container (9).
  3. Fix the dust container (9) onto the main unit (10). Make sure it locks in place.
  4. Insert the battery (16) into the main unit (10). Also make sure it locks in place.
  5. Connect the extension tube (5) to the main unit (10).
  6. Connect the motorized floor brush (7) or 2-in-1 tool (17) to the extension tube (5).

_ NOTE: _The 2-in-1 tool (17) can also be directly connected to the main unit (10).

Charging

The battery needs to be charged when the last battery indicator (5) flashes.

  1. Connect the provided power adapter (15) to a suitable electrical outlet.
  2. Place the vacuum cleaner on the wall bracket (14).
  3. The 3 battery indicators (3) flash in sequence during charging. The first charge should take about 3-4 hours.
  4. Once the product is fully charged, 3 battery indicators (3) light up steadily.

NOTE: The on/off key (1) is deactivated during charging process. Product cannot be switched on.

Vacuuming

  1. To switch the product on, press the on/off key (1). To switch off, press it again.
  2. The battery indicators (3) light up steadily during operation. Each indicator corresponds to a higher battery charge level.
  3. Press the speed selection key (+) (2) to toggle between high and low vacuuming speed.

Using the 2-in-1 tool

The 2-in-1 tool (17) can be used as crevice tool or a brush.

  • Brush: Intended to clean furnitures, home appliances and bookshelf.
  • Crevice tool: Intended to clean sofas gap, wall corners, stairs, keyboards and other narrow places.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Cleaning

Warning

  1. When not in use or before cleaning disconnect the product from the electrical outlet.
  2. During cleaning or operation do not immerse the electrical parts of the product in water or other liquids. Never hold the product under running water.
  • Clean the product and all its accessories with a slightly moist fiber-free cloth. Dry all parts afterwards.
  • Do not use any aggressive cleaning agents, rubbing alcohol or other chemical solutions as they can cause damage to the casing.

Cleaning the HEPA filter and dust container

  1. Press the main body release button (4) and remove the extension tube (5).
  2. Press the lock on the dust container (9) and empty it over a bin.
  3. Remove the filter holder (13) and HEPA filter (12) from the dust container (9).
  4. Clean the dust container (9), filter holder (13) and HEPA filter (12) with clean water, if necessary. Dry afterwards.

IMPORTANT: Do not clean the HEPA filter (12) in washing machine or by using the hair dryer. Risk of damage.

Cleaning the motorized floor brush

NOTE: The vacuuming performance might decrease overtime due to accumulation of lint, hairs or other debris on the motorized floor brush (7). Clear the obstructions in a regular intervals.

  1. Slide the lock located on the side of the motorized floor brush (7) and remove the brush roll.
  2. Clean the obstructions and install the brush roll back in a reverse order.

Battery removal for recycling

  1. Press the battery release button (11) and remove the battery (16).
  2. Secure the charging pins with an electrical tape.
  3. Dispose the battery according to local regulations.

Battery disposal

  • Do not put used batteries, nickel cadmium, rechargeable, round cell or starter batteries in with the household rubbish. Take them to an appropriate disposal/collection site.

WARRANTY AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

This product is guaranteed for a period of 36 months (including the legal guarantee of 24 months as defined by local law as well as a commercial guarantee of 12 additional months offered by the brand) from the date of purchase, against any failure resulting from a manufacturing or material defect.

This guarantee does not cover damage resulting from a faulty installation, incorrect use, or normal wear and tear.More specifically, the guarantee does not cover:

  • Damage or problems caused by incorrect use, accidents, modifications or an electrical connection with the wrong current or voltage.
  • Products that have been modified or whose tamper evident seal or serial number has been damaged, altered, removed or rusted.
  • Replaceable batteries and accessories are guaranteed for 6 months.
  • Battery failure, as a result of over-charging or non-compliance with the safety instructions set out in the manual
  • Cosmetic damage, including scratches, bumps and any other element.
  • Damage caused by any servicing operations carried out by non-authorised persons.
  • Faults caused by normal wear and tear or the normal ageing of the product
  • Software updates as a consequence of changes to network settings
  • Product failure resulting from the use of third party software to modify, change or adapt the product as supplied
  • Product failure resulting from its use without manufacturer-approved accessories
  • Rusted products

The manufacturer is not liable for the loss of data stored on the hard drive. Similarly, the manufacturer is not required to check that SIM/SD cards have been removed from returned products. Repaired or replaced products may include new and/or repackaged hardware and components.

IMPLEMENTATION METHODS

To make a claim under the guarantee, please return your product to the reception desk of your local sales outlet with the proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, etc.) of the product and accessories supplied, along with the original packaging. The following information will be required: date of purchase, model and serial or IMEI number (this information generally features on the product, the packaging or proof of purchase). Failing this, you must return the product with all accessories needed for it to work properly (power cable, adapter etc.). If your product is covered by the guarantee, the after- sales service will (within the bounds of the local legislation):

  • Repair or replace the faulty parts
  • Exchange the returned product with a product which has the same features or better and is equivalent in terms of performance.
  • Refund the product at the price stated on the proof of purchase.

In the case of a repair covered by the guarantee, your guarantee period will be extended by 6 months. This period cannot be combined in the event of repeated failures.
