Product Usage Instructions
- Step 1: Before installation, disconnect the vehicle’s battery to prevent electrical accidents and reset the computer if applicable. Remove the existing exhaust system, only removing the parts that will be replaced. Clean the existing flange using a wire brush for proper sealing.
- Step 2: Attach item 3 to the existing isolator and exhaust using item 1 and item 2.
- Step 3: Attach item 4 to item 3 using item 1.
- Step 4: Attach item 6 to the vehicle and item 4 using item 5.
- Step 5: Connect the slip fit joint on item 6 with the provided clamps.
- Step 6: Ensure that the new exhaust is not contacting any portion of the underbody of the vehicle or drivetrain.
- Step 7: Tighten all clamps starting from the rear of the vehicle. Do not exceed 30 ft-lb when tightening the clamp. After driving 50 miles, check all clamps and retighten if necessary.

Cut to Fit Installation Instructions
Design Style 1: Cut to Fit Intermediate Pipe
- Attach item 1 to the existing exhaust.
- Attach item 3 to the existing isolators.
- Cut item 2 4 longer than the distance between the installed parts to allow for a 2 overlap for each slip fit. Cutting the part too short may increase the likelihood of leaks.
Design Style 2: Cut to Fit Inlet
- Attach item 3 to the existing isolators.
- Attach item 2 to item 3.
- Cut item 2 2 longer than the distance between item 2 and the OEM part to allow for a 2 overlap. Cutting the part too short may increase the likelihood of leaks.
Design Style 3: Cut to Fit Tail Pipe
- Attach item 1 to the existing isolators.
- Attach item 3 to the existing isolators.

STEP 1: ( Carefully read all instructions before installation) Disconnect the vehicle’s battery before removal of the OEM exhaust system. This will prevent electrical accidents and will reset the computer if it applies to the vehicle. Remove existing exhaust system from the vehicle. Only remove parts that will be replaced. Clean existing flange with a wire brush to ensure proper sealing.

STEP 2
Attach item 3 to existing isolator and exhaust with item 1 and item 2 -
STEP 3
Attach itm 4 to item 3 with item 1 -
STEP 4
Attach item 6 to vehicle and item 4 with item 5 -
STEP 5
Connect slip fit joint on item 6 with clamps provided -
STEP 6
Ensure new exhaust is not contacting any portion of the underbody of the vehicle or drivetrain. -
STEP 7
Tighten all clamps starting from rear of the vehicle. (DO NOT EXCEED 30FT-LB WHEN TIGHTENING CLAMP AND CHECK ALL CLAMPS AFTER 50 MILES. RETIGHTEN IF NECESSARY)
