Step 1: Preparation
Disconnect the vehicle’s battery before starting the installation process to prevent electrical accidents and reset the computer system. Remove the existing exhaust system from the vehicle, cleaning the existing flange with a wire brush to ensure a proper seal.
Step 2: Muffler Assembly Attachment
Attach the [3] Muffler Assembly to the existing exhaust and isolators using the supplied [1] Gasket and [2] Hardware.
Step 3: Positioning
Ensure that the new exhaust system is not in contact with any part of the vehicle’s underbody or drivetrain.
Step 4: Clamping and Tightening
Tighten all clamps, starting from the rear of the vehicle. Do not exceed 30 ft-lb when tightening the clamp. Check all clamps after driving 50 miles and retighten if necessary.
WARNING: When working on or around the vehicle, exercise caution. Allow the exhaust system to cool before removal to prevent burns. Always consult the vehicle manual for lifting specifications. Wear safety glasses and ensure a safe work area to avoid serious injury or death.

STEP 1: (Carefully read all instructions before installation) Disconnect the vehicle’s battery before removal of the OEM exhaust system. This will prevent electrical accidents and will reset the computer if it applies to the vehicle. Remove existing exhaust system from the vehicle. Only remove parts that will be replaced. Clean existing flange with a wire brush to ensure proper sealing.
STEP 2: Attach [3] Muﬄer Assembly to existing exhaust and isolators with supplied [1] Gasket and [2] Hardware.
STEP 3 : Ensure new exhaust is not contacting any portion of the underbody of the vehicle or drivetrain.
STEP 4: Tighten all clamps starting from rear of the vehicle. (DO NOT EXCEED 30FT-LB WHEN TIGHTENING CLAMP AND CHECK ALL CLAMPS AFTER 50 MILES. RETIGHTEN IF NECESSARY)
