Please read this instruction manual before using the product, specifically the
safe use, cleaning, and storage directions.
Please save this instruction manual for future reference.
INTENDED USE
This appliance is intended to be used to prepare meals requiring high frying
temperatures, which would otherwise need to be deep fried.
This manual must be obeyed in order to ensure safe installation and use of the
appliance.
The appliance is intended for personal use indoors only and is not suitable
for commercial purposes.

SAFE USE DIRECTIONS
**** Please read the instruction manual carefully before first use. Always follow the recommendations of the instruction manual when using the appliance. It is recommended to keep the packaging and instruction manual for future reference.

The appliance can be used by children aged 8 and over and people with physical, mental, or sensory restrictions or without the required knowledge and experience in scope of the appliance as long as they are supervised or have been instructed in scope of using the appliance in a safe manner and according to the instruction manual and understand the potential hazards. Children should not treat the appliance as a toy. Children cannot perform cleaning and maintenance of the appliance unless they are over 8 years old or under adult supervision.

The appliance and the power cord should be kept out of the reach of children under 8 years old.

The appliance is intended for household and similar use only, including in the following::

The appliance is not compatible with external timers or remote control systems.

During use, certain surfaces, the basket, and the casing bay tend to extremely heat up. Do not touch hot surfaces and pay attention to the steam produced from the appliance. In order to remove the basket from the appliance, use the handle! The temperature of accessible casing surfaces may be high when the appliance is active.

Please check the power cord for damage regularly.

If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, authorised service point, or other authorised individual in order to prevent hazards or injuries.

The parts of the appliance designed to come into contact with food should be cleaned according to point 8 Cleaning and maintenance.

Failure to obey the warnings and information presented in the instruction manual may lead to physical injury.

The heating element of the appliance may remain hot for a while.

Before connecting the appliance to a power source, please make sure that the voltage in the outlet corresponds to the voltage of the powered applicable.

If the electrical circuit is overloaded with other devices, the appliance may malfunction. The fryer should be powered from a dedicated circuit, which is not used to power other devices.

In order to prevent electric shock, do not submerge the plug, the power cord, or the appliance in water or other liquids.

Do not hang the power cord over the edge of a table or sink.

Do not use an extension cord. If you are willing to take responsibility for such action, please use an extension cord in good condition, with grounding, and adequate to the powered appliance.

The power cord should not hang freely or come into contact with hot surfaces.

Place the appliance away from other hot kitchen appliances like ovens, electrical cookers, gas burners, etc.

Do not submerge the appliance in water or other liquids.

Never leave the appliance unsupervised, always turn it off when it is not used or will be cleaned.

Never tug the power cord to remove it from the power supply outlet. Always hold the plug when disconnecting the device.

If the internal or external electrical elements of the appliance come into contact with water or a different liquid, please dry them thoroughly before turning the appliance back on.

Do not use the appliance if the power cord demonstrates any signs of damage or if the appliance was dropped on the floor.

Always take the plug out of the outlet after use and in the event of any malfunctions.

Never put any metal foil inside the appliance or risk electric shock.

USE:
I. Remove all packaging elements and wash before first use.
II. Unwind the power cord completely and place the main unit on a dry, stable,
flat, and heatresistant surface in proximity of an appropriate source of power
supply.
III. Insert the frying tray (8) into the bottom of the frying basket (6) (see
fig. 1).
IV. Fill the basket with the food to be fried. Do not overfill the basket. The
food cannot come into contact with heating elements.
V. Place the basket (6) into the main unit (1) (see fig. 2). Please use the
handle (7) when taking the frying basket or putting it back in (7). The
appliance is operational only when the basket is inserted correctly.VI. Connect
the power cord to the power source.
The product will emit a sound signal and the on/off button will light up to
indicate that the product is in standby mode.
VII. Press the on/off button to turn on the product and enter setting mode.
When the product is in setting mode, the default settings are random according
to the previously used setting. If no setting was used, the default setting is
180 C and 15 min.
This is indicated appropriately by the time icon and the temperature icon (see
fig. B).
VIII. Set the frying time and temperature.
For quick setting, please see chapter “Using frying settings “.
For accurate setting, please see chapter “Manual setting”.
IX. Press the on/off button to start the frying process.
The time remaining (in minutes) and the current frying temperature alternate
on the display during the frying process. They are indicated appropriately by
the time icon and the temperature icon .
During the frying process, the heating icon is red and the service icon
flashes blue (see fig. B).
It is possible to change the frying time and temperature or change the frying
setting during the frying process.
X. When the frying time reaches zero, the heating icon turns off to indicate
that the frying process is over.
The service icon continues to flash while the internal components of the
appliance cool down.
After they cool down, the appliance emits 5 sound signals and returns to
standby mode.
XI. Remove the basket from the main unit with the handle.
XII. Remove the food from the basket. If needed, use tongs (not included) to
remove the food from the basket.
Do not turn the basket over as there may be hot oil on the bottom.
XIII. When the frying process is over, please disconnect the power cord from
the power supply source.
XIV. Leave all elements of the product to cool down for at least 30 minutes
until they are safe to touch.
XIV. After use, clean all parts of the appliance (see chapter 7. “Cleaning and
maintenance”).
Frying settings:
Repeatedly press the frying setting button M to select a frying setting with a predetermined time and temperature. The appropriate setting icon will light up to highlight the current selection.

If needed, you can set the precise frying time and temperature after selecting
the frying setting (see chapter “Manual setting “).
Manual setting:
In order to set the precise frying time and temperature after selecting the
frying setting, see chapter “Using frying settings “.
If you intend to set only the frying time and temperature without the frying
setting, please press the frying setting button M repeatedly until the frying
settings are no longer highlighted.
To set the frying time:
– Press the time buttons in order to increase or reduce the frying time (1-30
minutes).
The set frying time will appear on the display with the time icon .
– Press and hold the time buttons in order to change the time values quickly.
To set the frying temperature:
– Press the temperature buttons , to increase or reduce the frying temperature
(80200°C).
The set frying temperature will appear on the display with the temperature
icon .
– Press and hold the temperature buttons in order to change the temperature
values quickly.
Stopping the frying process:
– For best results, certain ingredients need to be shaken or flipped over the
course of the frying process. In order to do so, please remove the basket from
the chamber and either shake or flip over the ingredients.
When the basket is removed, the frying process (and the time countdown) is
momentarily suspended and resumed when the basked is reinserted in the
chamber.
– Press the On/Off button if you want to stop the current frying process and
clear all frying time and temperature settings.
The service icon continues to flash while the internal components of the
appliance cool down.
After they cool down, the appliance emits 5 sound signals and returns to
standby mode.
Frying recommendations:
– Smaller ingredients usually need less time to fry than bigger ones.
– During the frying process, remove the frying basket and shake or flip the
food to optimise the final result and make sure that the food is fried evenly.
– Do not use the appliance to fry extremely greasy ingredients like wieners.
– The appliance is intended to fry snacks, which can be prepared in an oven.
– If you want to make a pie or quiche, remove the frying tray and place a
baking mould or oven dish inside.
– The product is equipped with overheat protection. If the product should turn
off automatically,
please disconnect the power cord and wait for the product to cool down
completely before resuming its use.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem | Possible cause | Solution |

Product not working | Product is not connected. | Connect the power cord to a |
power supply outlet.
Frying process not initiated.| Press the on/off switch to start the frying
process.
Frying basket not inserted correctly.| Insert the frying basket all the way
into the main unit.
Product is overheating.| Disconnect the power cord and let the product cool
down completely before next use.
Unsatisfactory results of frying| Too much food inside the basket.| Make less
food.
Frying temperature is too low or too high.| Set the appropriate frying
temperature.
Certain ingredients need to be shaken or flipped over the course of the frying
process.| For this purpose, the basket should be removed during frying.
Problem| Possible cause| Solution
---|---|---
Fried snacks
are not crispy| The snack is intended for traditional fryers only.| Use snacks
prepared in an oven or gently coat them with oil to increase crispiness.
White smoke coming out of the product| Oily ingredients being prepared.| The
white smoke is being produced from the oil accumulated on the bottom of the
basket and the basket may heat up more than usual. This has no effect on the
product or the frying results.
Grease from previous use is still present inside the
basket.| Thoroughly clean the frying basket after every use.
Fries are not crispy
following air frying| Fry crispness is determined by the amount of oil and
water in the fries.| Dry the fries off appropriately before adding oil.
Cut the potatoes into smaller pieces to make them crispier.
Add more oil to produce a crispier effect.
Soak the potatoes in water and rinse them off to remove starch.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
WARNING!
Risk of being burned!
An active appliance heats up and may cause burns. Please let the product cool
down completely before every instance of cleaning.
IMPORTANT!
Risk of short circuit!
If water penetrates the casing, it may cause a short circuit.
– Please keep water out of the casing.
– Never submerge the main unit in water.
Risk of damage!
Mishandling the product may cause it to be damaged.
– Do not use aggressive cleaning agents, metal or nylon brushes, or sharp or
metal cleaning tools such as knives, hard scrubbers, etc. or risk damaging the
surface.
– Do not use any metal utensils to clean the basket and tray or risk damaging
the non-stick surface.
– Do not wash the product in a dishwasher or risk damaging it..
Cleaning the main unit:
- Disconnect the power cord before cleaning.
- Wait for the main unit to cool down completely.
- Wipe the main unit off with a damp cloth and leave all parts to dry completely.
- If needed, clean out the ventilation ports with a dry brush to remove any potential dust.
- If needed, clean out the heating elements with a dry brush to remove any potential food remains.
Cleaning the frying basket and tray:
- Remove the basket from the appliance.
- Wait for the frying basket and tray to cool down completely.
- Remove the tray from the basket.
- Wash the frying basket and tray in hot water with mild detergent with an indelible sponge.
- Rinse off and dry all parts completely.
- Insert the frying tray into the basket and insert the basket back into the main unit.
Storage:
Please dry off all parts completely before putting them away in storage.
– Always keep the product in a dry place.
– Protect the product from direct sunrays.
– Store the product out of the reach of children.

WARRANTY
The product comes with a 3-year warranty. In the event of a malfunction, please return the product to the point of purchase. Remember to present proof of purchase. The product should be complete and in its original packaging.
