Hints and notes

  • If the ground coffee starts to collect on the edge of the device during grinding, out of the reach of the blade, gently shake the machine to return the ground coffee to the inside.
  • The amount of coffee beans added and the length of the grinding affect the degree of grinding of the coffee.
  • The longer the coffee beans are ground, the finer the coffee powder becomes. Shorter grinding results in a coarser ground coffee.
  • As a general guideline, the table below gives suggested bean amounts and recommends a grinding time:
    • Coarse coffee 70g 30s
    • Medium coffee 45g 35s
    • Fine coffee 36g 45s
  • It is recommended not to continue grinding for more than 45 seconds. Longer use will not result in finer grinding, but only overheating of the coffee and loss of aroma.
  • For optimal flavors, it is advisable to grind the coffee beans just before brewing
