Directions For Use
- Insert one end of USB charging cable into power adaptor.
- Insert the another end of USB cable into the the wireless charger USB port.
- Place your phone on the wireless charger.
- Make sure use QC3.0 adapter.

Common Troubleshooting
The indicator is off
- Please change a power cable try again
- Please replace the charging head with AC adapter above QC3.0
When the indicator flashes, but phone can’t charge
- Please check whether your phone supports qi wireless charging
- Please rernove the phone case
- Put the phone in the center of the wireless charger
- Please adjust the orientation of the phone, horizontal and vertical
- Please take off the phone, restart the device and put the phone in charger center
- Please try to replace the QC3.0 AC adapter.
Phone charging intermittently
- Please ren1ove the phone case.
- Put the phone in the center of the wireless charger
- Please replace the charging head with AC adapter above QC3.0
