Novo Wireless Charging Pad

The Novo Wireless Charging Pad is a compact wireless charger for your smartphones, tablets and more. Utilizing the latest in wireless technology, it features compatibility with the Qi Wireless Standard and high output 15 watt wireless fast charge support. The Novo’s versatility makes it the perfect companion for charging wirelessly when at home or on travel.

Wireless Charging Compatibility

The Novo works with most Smartphones, Tablets, and Devices that are compatible with the Qi wireless standard for wireless charging. To ensure device compatibility with the Novo Pad, please check your smartphone or device’s product specifications.

Charging your Smartphones, Tablets &Devices

Find a location to place your Novo that has a flat surface and is convenient for wireless charging. Connect the included USB-C cable tip to the Nova’s USB-C input port. Next, connect the opposite USB-C tip side of the cable to a compatible USB-C charging output port. We recommend using a US8 charging port with at least 18 watts of output for the best charging speeds. The wireless pad is now ready to charge devices. To charge your Smartphone or device, place the charging receiver side of your device at the center of the Novo Pad’s charging area.The Novo’s LED will light up and your device should indicate that it’s successfully charging.To stop charging. simply remove your device from the charging pad.

LED Charging Indicator

The Novo features a multi-color LED that turns on when your device is charging wirelessly. The LED lights will later turn off after some time of charging use to conserve energy.If the Novo detects a wireless charging issue, the LED lights will flash.

Troubleshooting Tips

  1. The phone or Device is not charging on the Wireless pad.
    • The phone’s charging position may be misaligned with the phone’s wireless receiver. Place your phoneš receiver in the center of the charging pad.
  2. Wireless charging is intermittent
    • The USB power adapter or USB output port is not providing stable or sufficient power to the wireless pad. Use a compatible high-output USB charger with with at least 18 Watt support.
    • The phone charging position may be misaligned with the phone’s receiver resulting in poor performance. Please adjust the phone’s charging position for optimal charging.
  3. Wireless Charging speed appears to be slow
    • Your phone’s protective case may be blocking the wireless signal. Remove the case or try a slimmer case option.
    • The phone’s standby power consumption may be set too high. Reducing the phone’s background apps and app usage may Improve the charging speed.
