The following conditions can cause malfunctions, such as slow charging in the charging position, stopping charging and over temperature.
- The adapter is not up to standard (no computer USB output power).
- The charging cable is not up to standard.
- Smartphones do not support wireless charging capabilities.
- There is metal on the back of the phone.
Attention
- Keep the charger away from water or other liquids.
- lf you need to clean the charger, make sure it is not connected to the power supply.
- Use the ambient temperature to maintain again 0~45℃.
- Please use a 0 or higher adapter to charge your phone, headset and watch at the same time.
