Product Information
The ULTIMUM 7W IP65 Tunable Fire Rated Downlight is a high-quality LED light that is designed for indoor use. It comes with a white trim and is available in different colors. Product Usage Instructions
Before using the product, please read the instructions provided in the manual carefully. The product should be installed by a qualified electrician. Follow the installation instructions provided in the manual.
Installation
- Make sure that the mains supply is turned off before installation.
- Choose the appropriate color for the trim and replace it if necessary.
- Check for any obstacles in the installation area such as pipes, joists or other utilities before cutting a hole.
- Disconnect the luminaire before performing insulation resistance testing.
- If any technical information or specification changes, please visit our website for the latest information.
- Ensure the mains supply is switched off before commencing work.
- It is possible to change the trims to a different color.
- Before cutting, ensure that the hole does not impinge on joists, pipework, cables or other building services.
- This luminaire requires a round hole of Ø72mm to be cut into the ceiling for correct installation.
- Connect power supply cables: L – Brown and N –Blue.
- Hold the retention spring vertically against the heat sink, and push fitting through the cut-out until the springs come down on the upper side of the plasterboard. Ensure that the fitting is secure and the bezel is tight against the ceiling.
- To put the luminaire in pairing mode, turn on for 10 seconds, and turn off – on – off – on – off – on. The luminaire will blink rapidly when in pairing mode. Download the ROBUS CONNECT app and follow the instructions in the User Guide to pairing the luminaire.
Note:
The luminaire is not dimmable by standard wall dimmers. The luminaire may be
covered with mineral wool thermal insulation of the type described in EN
13162:2015. If the installer wishes to use loose insulation or foam spray over
insulation, they must use a bell-shaped insulation cover over the luminaire.
Although the fitting may be safely covered with insulation material, we
recommend that the luminaire be abutted to but not covered with insulation
material to maximize the lifetime of the luminaire. Luminaire lifetime can be
maximized by maintaining as low an operating temperature as possible.

RULTRIM-03: Chrome; RULTRIM-10: Matt Black; RULTRIM-13: Brushed Chrome.
The downlights listed will not compromise the fire resistance performance of appropriate plasterboard-lined solid timber joisted ceiling/floor constructions, with respect to the loadbearing capacity and integrity. Downlights tested in 30, 60 and 90-minute ceiling types using EN 1365-2.2014 test method Minimum spacing of 500mm between downlights must be maintained or no more than 2 downlights within a 1m² area.

LED section(LS). The light source contained in the luminaire shall only be
