Installation
- Ensure mains supply is switched off before commencing work.
- Choose desired location to mount the extrusion, ensure that the cables are long enough to reach the start of the strip.
- Mark fixing positions on the ceiling, before drilling ensure that the holes do not impinge on joists, pipe work, cables or other building services.
- Attach base of suspension kit to the ceiling using the screws provided, ensure that they are secure as per fig2. Note: Space the suspension wires evenly every 40cm.
- Remove one of end cover and diffuser. Have a try to insert driver into the upper space of the aluminium channel (maximum size: 57×29.5mm). Place LED strip inside the aluminium channel and remove self-adhesive film, press the strip into the channel, ensure it is secure.
- Insert the other ends of suspension kits into the slot of aluminium and screw them in tight after keep the suspension kits vertical. Adjust the length of suspension wires by pressing nipple on top of aluminium support, ensure that all wires are equal.
- Feed the supply cable through the hole at the top of extrusion and connect to the driver. Place the driver in upper compartment of the extrusion and fix the supply cable to nearest suspension wire using self-adhesive tape.
- Refit the end cover.

- The “crossed out wheelie bin symbol” on a product indicates this equipment must not be disposed of in normal household waste, but should be disposed of according to local WEEE regulations
