User guide for
Wireless charger
The Wireless charger is a two-in-one wireless charger and catchall tray, designed to hold the daily essentials and discreetly power your device. It is functional and easy-to-use, supporting all electronic devices with Qi compatibility. The Wireless charger is inspired by industrial design and has a streamlined aesthetic and leather finish. Station it in your home office or on a bedside table.
Instructions for use
How to connect
1. Connect the Type-C cable to the port on your Wireless charger.
2. Plug the other end of the Type-C cable into a power adapter or
computer outlet with the correct output: 5V/2A(MAX), 9V/1.67A(MAX),
12V/2A(MAX). Slow white LED flashes indicate that standby mode is activated.
3. Place your Qi-compatible device onto the centre of the wireless
charging area. A solid white light indicates that the device is charging. If
the device does not begin to charge immediately, carefully move it around
until the desired alignment is achieved.
4. When the device is fully charged, the LED light will turn off.
Alignment
Wireless Qi technology is activated when the transmitter coil in The Wireless charger and the receiver coil in your device are aligned.
The Wireless charger’s transmitter coil is located in the centre of the raised section. To begin charging, place your device here.
You can check if your device is positioned correctly by monitoring the LED light. Charging mode is indicated by a solid white light.
If charging mode is not activated, carefully reposition your device until the two coils are aligned.
Safety information
– Plug the product into a reliable and correct electrical outlet.
– Do not place credit cards or metallic items, such as keys, on the raised
side of The Wireless charger.
– Do not place mechanical watches on the raised side of The Charging Catchall.
The magnetic field created by the coils can damage them.
– The Wireless charger should be kept in a dry and ventilated environment. Do
not use it in severely hot or humid conditions. It is for indoor use only.
– Do not attempt to disassemble the product.
– If the USB-C cable or transmitter plate begins to overheat, disconnect from
power. Only attempt to use it again when it has cooled down.
– Do not exceed the maximum input voltage of 12V/2A. Supplying a voltage over
the maximum rating can damage The Wireless charger and cause safety hazards.
Device not charging
– Make sure the device is Qi-enabled.
– Make sure The Wireless charger is connected to a working power outlet.
– Make sure the device is aligned correctly.
– Ensure there are no other items resting on the charging section.
– Remove the device’s case. It may be preventing charging.
