not installed properly.
- Do not mount the luminaire within 6” of a combustible surface.
- Do not handle the luminaire by the glass. Do not touch LEDs.

servicing.

This lighting fixture has been shipped complete with one of several mounting
options. Please follow the installation instructions specific to the catalog
part that you ordered.

Care must be taken not to set lighting fixtures down on optical lenses or lift
the fixture in the lens area.

IMPORTANT: Read carefully before installing the fixture. Retain for
future reference.
GENERAL: Upon receipt of the fixture, thoroughly inspect for any freight
damage which should be brought to the attention of the delivery carrier.
Compare the catalog description listed on the packing slip with the fixture
label on the housing to assure you have received the correct material.
SAFETY: This fixture must be wired in accordance with the National
Electrical Code and applicable local codes and ordinances. Proper grounding is
required to ensure personal safety. Carefully observe the grounding procedure
under the installation section.
APPLICATIONS: This lighting fixture is designed for outdoor lighting
services, and should not be used in areas of limited ventilation or inside
high ambient temperature enclosures. It must be stored in a dry location prior
to installation. Do not expose the lighting fixture to rain, dust, or other
environmental conditions prior to installation and insertion of photo control
or shorting cap (if so equipped). Do not install the fixture near combustible
materials or locate next to airflow-blocking surfaces within 6 inches. The
best results will be obtained if installed and maintained according to the
following recommendations.
Note: *Constructions built before Jan 2022 may have gray wire for 0-10 dimming control present. In these cases, the installer will label the gray building wire as a 0-10 dimming wire and connect it to our product’s pink 0-10V dimming control wire. Reference NFPA70 (2020 NEC), section 410.69.
INSTALLATION
ACCENTS
- Unpack and ensure all included parts are present.
- Remove the bottom end cap (with two conduit entries) and gasket (B) by unscrewing 4x #8-32 screws (A).
- Mounting plate (C) will slide out from tracks in extruded driver housing (H).
- Place mounting plate (C) on the surface to outline attachment location holes (D). The properly secure mounting plate on the mounting surface.
- Attach conduit with power supply wires (K) to bottom end cap (B).
- Connect the Input power supply wires (K) coming out of the driver housing (H) to power supply wires (K), following the wiring table.
- Remove the Top end cap (with one conduit entry) and gasket (G) by unscrewing 4x #8-32 screws (F).
- Attach conduit and fixture lead wires (J) to the top end cap (G). Recommended using min 18ga wires and 1000VAC min voltage rating. Max remote distance is 25ft for light level L3 and 60ft for light levels L1, L2, LC1, and LC2.
- (example catalog number: 9004-W1-RW-LED4080-S-BKL3-UNV-WRR).
- Connect the DC Output wires (J) coming out of the driver housing (H) to fixture lead wires (J), following the wiring table.
- Push wires inside the driver housing (H). Return the top end cap and gaskets (G) to the top of the driver housing (H). Ensure proper sealing of driver housing (H).
- Slide driver housing (H) back onto mounting tracks (E). Push wires inside the driver housing (H). Return the bottom end cap and gasket (B) to the bottom of the driver housing.

13. Route fixture lead wires (J) from remote driver housing (H) to junction box.
14. Unscrew 4x mounting hardware (L) from the junction box cover plate (M).
15. Route fixture lead wires (J) and ground wire out of a center hole in junction box cover plate (M), Attach junction box cover plate (M) to existing junction box with proper hardware (not included).
16. Connect fixture lead wires (J) from remote driver housing (H) to fixture assembly (N) following the wire table. Ensure the ground wire is attached to the junction box.
17. Attach mount plate and gasket (P) to junction box cover plate with 4x mounting hardware (L). Ensure adequate gasket compression to provide a proper seal from the environment.
18. Using a 3/32” Allen Wrench, slightly loosen the knuckle base set screw (R) for rotational adjustment. Using a 9/64” Allen Wrench, slightly loosen the knuckle joint screw (S) for angle adjustment. Once properly positioned, ensure both screws are secured.
