SETUP GUIDE

Press the ON/OFF button. The current temperature will be displayed when the unit is ready to use.

Changing °F to °C

  • The temperature unit can be changed from °F to °C by pressing the °F/°C button.

To Hold the Current Temperature

  • From “Normal” mode, press the MODE button once. “HOLD” will appear on the display.
  • To return to normal mode, press the button three times.

To Recall the Highest/Lowest Temperatures

  • To recall the highest temperature: From “Normal” mode, press the MODE button twice.
    • “MAX” will appear on the display. Press once more to recall the lowest temperature.
    • “MIN” will appear on the display. Press once more to return to “Normal” mode.

To Clear the Highest/Lowest Record

  • To reset the highest or lowest temperature, press the MODE button for 3 seconds while in MAX or MIN mode respectively.
  • The record is cleared when “- – -” replaces the temperature reading. Return to “Normal” mode.
