Product Usage Instructions

Installation :

  1. Ensure installation is carried out by a qualified electrician.
  2. Secure the power supply unit using appropriate mounting materials.
  3. Make sure to use the included gaskets during installation.
  4. Establish the earth conductor connection and electrical connections securely.

Important Notes:

  • Remove factory-fitted dummy plug for through-wiring.
  • Avoid installing the LED power supply unit in heat-insulating material.
  • Ensure proper positioning of gaskets and connections.

Instructions for use

Application

  • Electronic power supply unit with an output of 100 W for 48 V DC LED luminaires.
  • The power supply unit is suitable for the operation of multiple LED luminaires.
  • Please note the maximum output of the power supply unit here.

  • Power supply unit box made of aluminium alloy, aluminium and stainless steel
    • * 2 mounting holes ø 6.5 mm
    • Distance apart 210 x 62 mm
    • 2 cable entries for through-wiring of mains supply cable ø 7-10,5 mm,  max. 3 x 1.5@
    • 4 screw cable glands with strain relief  for connecting cables ø 5–13 mm

  • Installation and commissioning may only be carried out by a qualified electrician.
    The manufacturer accepts no liability for damage caused by improper use or installation. Should the power supply unit be subsequently modified, the persons responsible for
    the modification shall be considered the manufacturer.

Installation

  • Undo screws and remove cover from the connection housing.
  • Fix power supply unit with enclosed or any other suitable fixing material onto the mounting surface.
  • It is absolutely essential to use the enclosed ring gaskets.
  • Lead mains supply cable through the screw cable gland / compression nipple. Make earth conductor connection and electrical connection.
  • Luminaire – lead connecting cable through the screw cable gland and make electrical connection to connecting terminals  48 V + and -.
  • Tighten screw cable glands.

Please note:

  • For through-wiring, the factory-fitted dummy plug must be removed.
  • LED-power supply unit must not be installed in heat-insulating material.
  • Make sure that gasket is positioned correctly. Make earth conductor connection to the connection housing (plug connection) and assemble cover onto the connection housing.
  • Please note that the earth conductor lead are not jammed between cover and housing.
