Product Usage Instructions

Enabling Contact ID Reporting

  1. Enter Programming Mode: *85555
  2. Access Third System Options: 015
  3. Disable TLM: Toggle Option 7# to OFF
  4. Set the First Phone Number: 301, Enter any number followed by 6 (e.g., 1234566)
  5. Set System Account Code: 310, Enter the account number followed by 66 (e.g., 123466)
  6. Configure Communicator Alarm Format: 350, Enter data 03030303 for Contact ID
  7. Set Phone 1 Communicator Call Direction: 351, Toggle Option 1# to ON
  8. Enable Open/Close Reports: 367, Toggle Option 1# to ON
  9. Configure First Communication Options: 380, Toggle Option 1# to ON, 3 to OFF
  10. Configure Second Communication Options: 381, Toggle Option 7# to OFF for automatic reporting

Programming Key-switch Zone and Output

  1. Enter Programming Mode: *85555
  2. Set Key-switch Zone: Enter Section 206, Toggle Option 1#
  3. Program Output: Enter Section 013, Toggle Option 1#
  4. Set Communication Options: Enter Section 133, Toggle Option 9, then Enter Data XX (specific instructions needed)

FEATURE

NEW FEATURE: For 5530M Communicators, the status of the panel can be retrieved not only from the status PGM but now also from the Open/Close reports from the dialler.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The Open/Close reporting needs to be enabled during the initial pairing procedure.

To manually program the reporting codes in menu 381, enable option 7 to ON and then set the desired reporting codes in menus 320 to 348.
