Installation Steps:

Step 1:
- Prior to installation, remove any factory sliders, steps, or rock rails if equipped.
- Use a 10mm socket to remove the bolts on the pinch weld covers behind the front tire.

Step 2:
Place the front section of the covers up to the pinch welds and secure using provided M6 and M8 hardware with a 10mm and 13mm socket.
Note: Use M6 hardware for the front mounting holes. -
Step 3:
Place the rear section of the covers up to the pinch welds and secure using provided M8 hardware with a 13mm socket.

Inspect all contents of this package to make sure product is not damaged and all installation hardware has been included. If parts are missing from kit, please be prepared to provide the following information

Begin by unpacking all items and inspecting for missing pieces or damage. If you have any concerns, please contact the company the product was purchased from. Extra hardware may be included with the product.
HARDWARE INCLUDED
- (8) M8x25 Allen
- (8) M8 Flat Washer
- (8) M8 Serrated Nut
- (4) M6x30 Allen
- (4) M6 Flat Washer
STEP 1
- Prior to installation, re-move any factory sliders, steps, or rock rails if equipped.
- Use a 10mm socket to remove the bolts located on the pinch weld covers towards the front of the vehicle, directly behind the front tire.
STEP 2
- Place the front section of the covers up to the pinch welds and secure using the provided M6 and M8 hardware with a 10mm and 13mm socket.
- Note: The M6 hardware must be used for the (2) front mounting holes.
- Washers are only needed on the side with the DV8 covers and the exposed allen head bolt. It is not necessary to install them on the inside of the pinch weld.
STEP 3
- Place the rear section of the covers up to the pinch welds and secure using the provided M8 hardware with a 13mm socket.
- Adjust as necessary to get even spacing.
STEP 4
- Double check all hardware is secure.
- Congrats! You are finished with the install of the 2021+ Ford Bronco 4-Door Pinch Weld Covers.
