ROADSAFE BT025-B Auxiliary Battery Box
Battery Tray Details
Fits up to N70zz 12-inch case battery or up to 120AH size 4×4 battery.
Comes with: 6 x 6mm bolts, 3 x 4mm bolts, 1 x Battery Hold Down with J Hooks.

Installation

Assemble the bottom plate using 3 x 6mm bolts & nuts and place battery tray into desired position.

Mark holes and drill, being careful not to drill into the tyre, and then tighten 3 x 6mm bolts into place.

Mark and drill the three top holes and tighten 3 x 4mm bolts into place with backing plate behind the lip of the tub.

Sit battery into tray and place battery hold down on the top inner corner of the battery. Put J Hooks into the corner holes in the battery tray and through the hold down. Then tighten until battery is firmly in place.
