Product Usage Instructions
- Battery Tray Installation:
- Locate the front of the right-hand driver side of the vehicle under the bonnet.
- Identify the black bracket holding the air con pipe in position.
- Undo the bracket and remove it carefully.
- Sit the Battery Tray into position.
- Reuse the bolt and nut from the air con bracket to fix the con pipe to the tray. Take care not to undo the bolt that joins the air con pipe together, as it may release the air con gas.
- Bolt Placement:
- Place the 2 x 4mm bolts in the tray holes towards the engine.
- Place the 2 x 6mm bolts in the tray holes towards the guards.
- Tighten all bolts securely.
- Battery Installation:
- Sit the battery in the tray.
- Fit the battery hold down over the battery.
- Tighten the battery hold down securely.

FITTING INSTRUCTIONS
- Battery Tray fits into the front of the right-hand driver side of the vehicle under the bonnet.
- There is a black bracket that holds the air con pipe in position. Undo this bracket and remove. Sit Battery Tray into position; reuse bolt and nut from air con bracket to fix con pipe to the tray. Make sure you don’t undo the bolt that joins the air con pipe together as it will release the air con gas.
- Place the 2 x 4mm bolts in the tray in the holes towards the the engine. Then place the 2 x 6mm bolts in the holes towards the guards and tighten all bolts.
- Sit battery in tray, fit battery hold down and tighten.
