  • 8.8 : M10 (41-60 Nm), M12 (71-105 Nm), M14 (112-168 Nm), M16 (175-260 Nm)
  • 10.9 : M10 (59-85 Nm), M12 (102-150 Nm), M14 (161-240 Nm), M16 (250-371 Nm)
  • 12.9 : M10 (65-94 Nm), M12 (114-164 Nm), M14 (182-265 Nm), M16 (282-406 Nm)

Product Usage Instructions

  1. Place the new recovery point on the inside of the chassis rail of your Toyota 75 Series Landcruiser.
  2. Check the fitment with aftermarket shackles. If there is a difference, use the supplied spacers to provide clearance between the point and shackle. Remember that the shackle rotates with suspension movement.
  3. Secure the recovery points using the supplied 10mm bolts.
  4. Tighten the bolts according to the specified torque values provided above based on the bolt grade.
  5. Ensure all supplied and specified components are used during the installation of tow points. Failure to do so may significantly reduce the Working Load Limit (WLL) specified for each individual point, which can result in serious injury or death.
  6. Always use tow points as a matched pair teamed with an equalizing bridle during any recovery situation.
  7. It is recommended to have 4WD specialist mechanics fit the recovery points.

  • 4 x M10x1.25 x 70L bolts
  • 4 x M10x1.25 x 50L bolts
  • 8 x flat washers
  • 6 x split washers
  • 2 x M10 nyloc nuts

FITTING INSTRUCTIONS

Fitted to Toyota 75 Series Landcruiser

  1. Place your new recovery point up on the inside of the chassis rail to check for fitment with the varying difference with aftermarket shackles, you may need to use the supplied spacers to provide clearance between the point and shackle, remembering that the shackle does rotate with suspension movement.
  2. Secure the recovery points using the supplied 10mm bolts and tighten to specs provided below.

Tested to 5000kgs per tow point
