Product Usage Instructions

  1. Bolt the removable leg to the battery tray.
  2. Remove the relay bracket and wiring retainer bracket from the inner wheel arch.
    • Remove the relay from the bracket. See Figure 1 for reference.
  3. Relocate the fuel line to the lower section of the clip as shown in Figure 2.
    • Remove the bolt on the firewall as shown in Figure 2.
    • In this position, mount the battery tray.
  4. Reroute the main battery wiring harness.
    • Make sure the wiring harness is secure and cannot rub on sharp edges.
    • Remove 2 x M8 nuts & bolts.
  5. Fit the auxiliary battery tray in position.
    • Fit the mounting hardware and tighten.
  6. Refit the relay onto the M6 stud and fit the supplied M6 nut on the side of the battery tray.
  7. Use the supplied fir tree zip ties to secure hoses away from any sharp edges.

Battery Tray Details

Fits up to N50 Comes with: 3 x M8 bolts, nuts & washers, 1 x Hold Down with J-Hooks

INSTALLATION

  1. Bolt removable leg to battery tray.
  2. Remove relay bracket and wiring retainer bracket from the inner wheel arch.

  3. Relocate fuel line to lower section of clip as shown in figure 2.

    • In this position, the battery tray will be mounted.
  4. Reroute main battery wiring harness. This will now be routed under the auxiliary battery tray.
    • Be sure to check that the wiring harness is secure and cannot rub on sharp edges.
  5. Fit auxiliary battery tray in position.
    • Fit mounting hardware and tighten.
  6. Refit relay onto M6 stud and fit supply M6 nut on the side of the battery tray.
