Product Usage Instructions
- Bolt the removable leg to the battery tray.
- Remove the relay bracket and wiring retainer bracket from the inner wheel arch.
- Remove the relay from the bracket. See Figure 1 for reference.
- Relocate the fuel line to the lower section of the clip as shown in Figure 2.
- Remove the bolt on the firewall as shown in Figure 2.
- In this position, mount the battery tray.
- Reroute the main battery wiring harness.
- Make sure the wiring harness is secure and cannot rub on sharp edges.
- Remove 2 x M8 nuts & bolts.
- Fit the auxiliary battery tray in position.
- Fit the mounting hardware and tighten.
- Refit the relay onto the M6 stud and fit the supplied M6 nut on the side of the battery tray.
- Use the supplied fir tree zip ties to secure hoses away from any sharp edges.

Battery Tray Details
Fits up to N50 Comes with: 3 x M8 bolts, nuts & washers, 1 x Hold Down with J-Hooks
INSTALLATION
- Bolt removable leg to battery tray.
- Remove relay bracket and wiring retainer bracket from the inner wheel arch.
- Remove relay from bracket. See figure 1
- Relocate fuel line to lower section of clip as shown in figure 2.
- Remove bolt on firewall as shown in figure 2.
- In this position, the battery tray will be mounted.
- Reroute main battery wiring harness. This will now be routed under the auxiliary battery tray.
- Be sure to check that the wiring harness is secure and cannot rub on sharp edges.
- Fit auxiliary battery tray in position.
- Fit mounting hardware and tighten.
- Refit relay onto M6 stud and fit supply M6 nut on the side of the battery tray.
- Use supplied fir tree zip ties to secure hoses away from any sharp edges.
