Battery Tray Details
- Fits up to N70zz 12-inch case battery.
- Comes with: 1 x 6mm nut & washer,
- 3 x 4mm bolt, 4 x 4mm nuts, Guard Support
- Bracket,1 x Hold Down with J Hooks.
- Battery Tray fits into the rear of the left-hand passenger side of the vehicle under the bonnet.
- To fit the tray, you need to remove the module from the firewall. There are 3 x Phillips head screws that hold the module to a metal bracket.
- Remove bracket. Fit the module to the side of the Battery Tray and fix it with the 3 x Phillips head screws using the holes that are in the tray.
- Battery Tray fits into the rear of the left-hand passenger side of the vehicle under the bonnet.
- Align the tray with three existing threaded holes in the skirt. Place 3 x 4mm bolts in place and tighten.
- Place J Hooks in the holes in the tray. Lower the battery in place hold down the bracket and tighten down till the battery is firmly in place.
- Place a non-nylon nut on the J hook on the guard side. Remove 2 x guard bolts and fit the support bracket in position; the bracket fits over the J.
- Then place 1 x 4mm nut on and tighten.
